- It took two days to shoot this video. Jerry takes you on a pleasant bike ride to Conservation Trail, home of the luxurious Preserve Neighborhood! You will see some fantastic homes and landscaping with some of the biggest garages in The Villages.

Along with a helmet, I wish that bicyclists and motorcyclists would wear a brightly colored safety vest. So many times, they blend into the pavement, and are hard to see. Loved this video! ❤️

Thanks for the cool content. I think the shadow of you riding the bike was great production value. I thought I heard you say bike at the beginning and I thought, "did he say bike?" then boom there's the shadow of you on your bike. The sound was really good too. You have real presence of mind to be able to ride your bike, follow all safety rules and not get smashed, and talk very knowledgably the whole time. Thanks again for taking us along for the ride!

That garage you focused on is bigger than most houses!! It was nice to see the gentleman taking care of the street after the paint spill...shows how people take pride in their neighborhood.

Super Viewer. Really nice to see the different areas and the variety of the home types. It helps understand everything The Villages has to offer. You both do a great job. It is not easy to do all you do to make these videos; and, his video shows an example of what it takes. I appreciate you. You are helping your viewers. You go above and beyond just like the guy cleaning the paint off the street. Some folks don't understand to have something nice it takes some effort. Our parents taught us the same way, "you see something that needs some work around your house, you don't let it sit there and let someone else tackle it, you take care of it."

I love watching your videos….I have no idea why because I could never live in The Villages….hate the heat, sun, bugs, alligators, snakes, traffic…and I’m a introvert. But your videos are fun and entertaining and your little dog is adorable and your wife is a sweetie.❤

Gizmo is smart. Our friend is a vet and will not take her dog to a dog park. In her practice, she sees dogs that get nipped by other dogs at these parks. A small nip can be fatal if not observed and treated. Love your channel. John
That is a good point!!! I never take my dog to a dog park never have the same way that little children are often sick. Sometimes dogs are sick. You know they might have kennel cough or what have you. But my baby loves other dogs so I’m sure he would love it.

"There's that Florida sky"... Every day I say to Jeanie, "The sky is so big here". In Massachusetts there are hills and mountains everywhere. Here it is flat and there is so much more sky to see. It's beautiful!

That gentleman cleaning up the road reminded me of our next door neighbor. He is very helpful with keeping our area clean and gets extremely annoyed with spills on the road. Once a contractor or garbage truck pulled off leaving a trail of white paint down the street. He also got a can of light gray paint and sprayed over it. Neighbors like that are the best kind.
Thank you for all your information on e bikes. My husband has been looking at one and l think that Santa will bring him one . I do like The Preserve the best in TV 😉
PS we live in a small gated community and they have installed a mobile radar machine . We have several residents who are always on the go . Since Jan. one took a turn too close to the curb and killed a dog walking on a leash and another killed a Sandhill crane (and as you know they mate for life). The HOA will take your bar code away after 4 “ tickets” , then you have to enter through the guard side of the gate that takes 4 ever 🥴 for a few months . Hopefully that will slow people up .

Watching this morning from our home here in suburban Cleveland, OH. We're headed down tomorrow for a four day weekend in Celebration, FL. Have to get some of that good seafood at Celebration Town Tavern! Great bike ride, Jerry! Really enjoyed it. I checked TV website, and there's a home for sale on Conservation Trail for $1.695 million. A little much for us, 😆 I would love it if we could find a house with an RV garage, as that would be a perfect spot for Ted's 16mm film theatre. We saw a a beautiful Lantana model, (my fave!) on Hollywood Terrace with a four car garage. It wasn't for sale, we just drove past it leaving an open house on the same street. I stayed for the whole thing!

I so enjoy the rides. It is so clean and lovely. It is relaxing to live somewhere where everyone keeps the area clean. The perfect place to wind down and live in comfort.

We are here! We looked at the new builds on Tuesday, and then drove everywhere in our rented golf cart. We covered the entire villages from north to south. We leave for home tomorrow to finish getting the house ready to sell. We will be moving here ASAP. See you soon! 😊

@@JERRYANDLINDA It was, but a lot of fun. We broke it up into two separate trips based from the Waterfront Inn in Lake Sumter area.Norh to Spanish Springs and back. Then later sourh to Citrus Grove and back. Then yesterday we did another trip to the Nancy Lopez CC, the furthest north. The Villages are more tied together using golf carts than driving a car, if that makes sense. 🤔

I enjoyed the entire tour! We moved to The Villages in 1997 to our new home in Hacienda East. It is just amazing at the growth that has occurred and enriched so many lives with opportunities and activities. 😊
