I think this has probably become my favourite channel on TH-cam. Takes me back to my misspent youth in Essex. Keep it up guys!
Thanks , glad you are enjoying the channel , appreciate it.. ha we haven’t grown out of our misspent youth yet 😂😂
Paul on the red one looked like he was struggling with 20” hangers lol! Blue one all day long for me, thanks for posting Martin
Ha yeah they looked big when I was next to him, they looked like ape bars 😂😂 no problem :)
Love the content thanks for your efforts 😊
Thanks a lot , appreciate it , glad you enjoy the videos 😊
Nice bikes and great review. Just bought an 848 Evo so will be over to you guys at some point for a seevice😊
Thanks glad you liked it.. we are always here.. well apart from Wednesdays.. oh and Sundays .. other then that we’re always here
What, no wheelies? 😂
They’re a lot cheaper than I was expecting them to be. They’re crying out for an Akrapovic though, all Ducatis should come with them.
Hey we don’t condone that kind of thing 😂 we will be fitting Termignoni’s for sure on some of these, it really does improve them with a system😎
As a scrambler icon dark owner I wasn’t sure about the new scrambler until I saw it close up.
Yeah they look slicker now , the dash is nice and now you can fit a quick shifter it really improves the ride, was nice to ride around on in the sun shine 😎
I prefer my 2016 Icon... it has that Ducati DNA... that punch... Ducatis are not supposed to be smooth... nice video, nice review... cool guys... cheers
I wouldn’t say it was smooth , it’s pretty much the same but as I ride so many it just initially felt a little ‘mechanically’ smoother … maybe could even be just this particular bike, the quick shifter gives it a punch that the older models unfortunately can’t have , thanks , appreciate it :)
I love the 1100 it’s such an under appreciated bike I wish they would do a desert sled version.
Yeah for sure , the 1100’s have never been the greatest sellers but they are really nice to ride, they sell way more 800’s , a bigger desert sled would be nice 👌
Can you do a video on the akrapovic exhaust on the supersport 950?
Yeah next time we have one in will do a video , they look and sound cool on the SS950
I have the 2017 /icon in yellow, and love it even more than my 999s. I dont like the new exhaust on the new one, the old shape ones are sexy.
Nice , they are a bit easier and comfier to just jump on and ride compared to your 999s … if I had one I’d definitely put the Termignoni system on it, it’s a great upgrade to the scrambler
The Ducati Scrambler - or at least the previous incarnation - is the bike I should’ve bought a year ago after passing my Mod2. Hope to visit my local Ducati dealer in the next week or so for a closer look at the new model having only seen it briefly at the NEC last autumn. Possibly my first question will be what’s the delivery lead time - I imagine there’s a bit of new-bike demand at the moment…?
They are a great bike to ride and really a great entry bike into motorcycling, yeah get down there and have a look, lead times vary on which model you want , just ask your dealer and they can let you know, they may even have one, think we have a Night Shift here
Was hoping to see Pauls Bell helmet on this one...
Ha … there is a Video with one of his bell Helmets in it… I call it his Lego helmet 😂😂 th-cam.com/video/-iLwvmMnKOE/w-d-xo.html
Is that an H2? That had me laughing. Great job as usual.
if Paul wasn’t standing In Front of me I would of thought he was pulling in on one of his bikes 😂😂 thanks :)
👍
😎
Nice! But which one would be better in the south of France 😃😃
Think I prefer the darker one of the two.
Mate any of them would be nice rolling into Saint Tropez and stopping for a drink :)
@@ProjectMoto and a plate of pasta
Love that night shift, just still unsure about the new head pipe design. I like the old one better.
Yeah looks really nice, the pipe work is different showing just one pipe down the side … will see what the Termignoni looks like when we fit one :)
@@ProjectMoto i am thinking how will the aftermarket slip ons work with the new design exhaust? 🤔
Where's the rgv 250 I've
watched two but want to see the finished bike
Ha funny enough we’re just getting the parts out now and going to start building it today .. had to wait for all the parts and a free bench in the workshop , can’t wait now :)
How tall is the taller guy? I’m 6’1” and 34 inseam, and wondering about knee angle for a relaxed 1 or 2 hr ride.
Liam is 6’2” , try to get a feast ride on one for an hour and see how you feel :)
@@ProjectMoto Tnx. Well,I didn’t hear Liam complaining about it, but don’t know how long he was on either bike.
Biscuit drawer in the toolbox! Brits! 😂
Ha … we have to have a biscuit drawer … they have to go with all our tea :)
😂😂😂 Paul wants a fat rail of sherbet. Never thought of that. Much prefer the Columbian marching powder meself😂😂
😂 you could pretty much give him anything these days .. not too much sherbet though , he gets funny on the sugar rush 😂
So why did those 2 feel so different, woz it just those ridiculous ape hangers unsettling the geometry
For me it just felt better with a bit more of your body weight on the front , with the Icon bars it’s more relaxed and sitting back, there’s not loads of difference but riding them back to back they do feel different, Ha they look like ape bars with Paul on them, he could be straight out of Easy Rider 😂
What kind of tea was that?
I’m guessing it’s PG tips..
Ey bruv that’s schtewpid innit
Bruv it’s mental innit 😂
Nice bikes but the best thing about this lot is how down to earth they are and friendly good bants but professional at the same time, I might have to pop down there, see if they’ll give me a part ex on my Speed Triple Rs , I really want a 950 super sport 👍🏾
Thanks, appreciate it, yeah they are nice bikes, everyone who has one love how easy they are to just jump on,we have a few customers who have these as a 2nd bike to bikes like their Panigale’s as an everyday bike.. come down and see us… think we have a SuoerSport here 😜
@@ProjectMoto sweet yeah I’ll get down there soon 👍🏾
Sinceramente? Era più personale la vecchia
The thing is with Scramblers you can make them very personal , they all look good, we have a video on the new full throttle coming soon.. that’s my favourite one 😎
@@ProjectMoto anche con il vecchio potevi modificare a piacimento, basta guardare Mugello Thailandia per capire fino a che punto puoi modificare
@@massimilianobenvenuti5117 yeah they do loads of parts.. some look really cool 😎
The blue one is much better! The red ones handlebars look awful 👎🏽
They good thing about the scrambler is they do a few with different style to suit peoples taste and they have a lot of accessories to customise them how you want .. me I’d have a full throttle and put the Termignoni exhaust system on it :)
