In mission 6 - Dust District: by the overseers area in the back corner is the house Corvo was born in.
Inside hidden in the corner of the bed room is Corvo's Blade Verbena Trophy and Raw Whalebone.

In that last room on the bed. It near the broken down wall. It talks about how proud she is of Corvo for both winning the Blade Verbena and being taken to Dunwall to be trained as the Royal Protector. She also talks about how he's leaving like his elder sister did before him.

It is possible though very tricky.
Basicall you have to jump on the broken pipe and try to get up from there, and then another jump. The hitboxes make it really hard but it's definately possible.
