Some things I wanna point out. Firstly, there are 5 lockown areas per session, and 3 are revealed slowly. So to find the other two that wont be shown, you gotta look around to find one. This was how I found a few BL cars. Secondly, most BL cars are ok to extract with, but Sonny's Civic and the 350z meant to be the supra, those are really slow to get up to speed. Another thing I like to do, to mess with people, is to bring cars I already extracted into the session, then leave those in a lockup while I search elsewhere. People will fight for an already claimed BL car while I find others. Just have one car left to escape with... the M3 GTR itself...
Yes the first one is definitely important to remember as to avoid wasting time, and hopefully the map provided in the video is useful to know where all the lockups can spawn. The second one is pretty useful to note as the lower tiered blacklist cars are worse. And the last one is pretty useful too, but starting without the bike is personally not worth it in my opinion as it could be the difference between the first partially unlocked lockup being claimed or not.

you forgot to include the best possible tip. When you have the streak unlocked to s plus use the bike. But if you don’t have it extracted then I highly recommend using the lotus evija. Because its the fastest car in the game. Its really easy to beat the activities but stick to speedtraps and speedruns as it is the easiest to beat. You need to beat around 4 rivals to have enough for 100k. But trust me, you’ll be the first have to be most wanted way before the first lockup is located on the map. You will be at the first lockup way before people can even the first race where majority of the players will be. Now if the first car in the lockup is not what you want, you can drive around the map to find the remaining 4 lockups and get what you want before the other players even notice. Using this strategy, you can be sure to find all 5 lockups in the first 15 minutes
100% and it surprises me that not many people use this strategy, personally using the evija is actually better than using the bike because it is faster considering the bike is not speced to S+ 400+. Evija you can use power ups, take out swat vehicles & rivels, get upto top speed faster, and spec to how you like, if nobody else has a bike at the start your basically guaranteed to get the first lockup because others will either be trying to get 100k or fighting for the first bike, oh and slap on impact protection or reinforced bumper and a repair kit, you'll feel unstoppable
I agree with that logic and I do use my lotus evija too but the problem is you never know where the other 4 lock up locations are. They are so random. So most of the time I end up looking for them and finding maybe 1 or 2 at best.
A good tip for finding lockups is to search near gas stations, in most of my games there is almost always one next to the gas station in the middle, the majority of potential locations are in the city or to the right side of the map.
The Evija is outright OP for this mode. In my case, i recommend this setup: Elite Off-Road suspension. Elite Grip Tires. Elite Diff set to 50% grip. Passives: Lowered damage, and drift nitrous or the repair kit. It will have the NFS Heat equivalent of a "Rally" build, which behaves really good on asphalt, and wont give headaches if you need to drive on dirt during pursuits or escaping other players' carnage. Also it wil drift just enough to create mini bursts, since the Evija basically wont grip until you reach 200 mph unless you use a full asphalt grip which unables any possible drift... Yeah. A rally Evija is possibly the most op car strategically speaking. Its a bike without being made out of paper.
the strat i usually use is farm up as much money in the start while looking for lockups, get atleast an A car do the first race, get the 100k and unlock a lockup, then extract with the mid-way truck with whatever i got in the lockup. its not that consistent and bit a gamble with the lockups but its not that risky when it comes to consistently extracting unless you suck at the game like i do
also, one more tip if you are afraid you're going to lose your streak: if you're that desperate, alt f4. it despawns the car you're driving even if its a hot ride, and you can start fresh with S+ streak like the loss never happened. i do not encourage this behavior, except if you find the m3 gtr since the whole lobby will be breathing down your neck, in which that trick is pretty funny. my pc isnt really the strongest for unbound so it crashes sometimes and when i saw it keeping my streak i think i struck a goldmine.
Yeah. It actually works lmao, and its even funnier when you enter the lobby with your already unlocked M3 GTR, then seeing the whole party chasing your tail to then dissapear leaving them as a bunch of clowns lmao
I agree there is a big rage quitting problem in lockdown but sometime it is not the player quitting rather them being kicked, if you are the last on your team the game will kick you if you are downed or busted. This is a massive flaw in lockdown because players might decide to search for the other 2 lockups that haven't been revealed and then extract with a hotride, only if there are rivels doing the same but havnt found them they will come after you and put you in a downed state, but then you cannot jack them because they will be kicked
Alot of players enter in a solo private lobby because the game bugs out even before you are in the session and will not allow them to team up into a party
Yes I've encountered this problem before too, playing solo seems to be the best way to prevent it or else you're almost forced to reset your game every few public crew lobbies due to being stuck in a loading screen.

MY TIPS AFTER GETTING TO 9/15 BLACKLIST CARS - GET FAMILIAR WITH THE MAP Once you get a hang on where money spawns, you can run a loop around certain areas that are also known to spawn lockups. This way you can cross off spawn locations while also gaining money. There are certain areas like the Pier, The Highway Cross Roads, and other lockup locations are easy to see without wasting a lot of time so learning the map can be very helpful for once you’re able to bring the bike in immediately. - YOU GET ONE LAST SHOT I found razors GTR during the last 4mins in the middle of the lockdown zone. Do not feel too hurried to get to the truck because by the 4min mark, most people will be have left, even more so if you have a private lobby. So if you need to, wait until all the time has run out, the lockdown has gone full spread and you’ve truly found everything you wanted to find. A final truck will still be called for you. - SOME LOCKUPS CAN BE JUMPED This may not be new to you, but you can jump inside certain lockups. Be sure to look around the entire surrounding area of the lockup and look for a jump angle. Getting into a lobby and finding a lockup that you can drop into immediately is super clutch for finding blacklist cars before anyone else. - BE KIND Bike users, open up lockups is you can. It may not seem like much but the amount of low levels who just want decent cars is plentiful and someone is willing to take that base model challenger or modded r32. Not only that, it starts with us as players. I got into a lobby with a guy and celebrated them getting the M3 GTR. No ramming and chasing, just vibes. The grind is tedious but it’s better than trying to cheese playlists all day. Since getting my M3, I’ve gotten like two more spawns along with other black list cars. There is enough for everyone.
You dont even have to do the whole race. During one Stop at the money pick up money reverse and wait for it to respawn and repeat. Specially if youre by yourself and in the higher tier races so you collect between 10-15k instead of 1k or 2k.
@ yea first time I was stupidly trying to fight a bike in claiming the truck, second time I was in a game by myself, and thought since I’m not fighting anyone it wouldn’t kill me…. And then I automatically died.
It's rather interesting mode. But there's a huge deal breaker: except BMW, those aren't Blacklist cars from NFS MW 2005, unfortunately. So essentially it's a hunt for wraps, which you can find made by community already. And even with BMW - just buy BMW M3 E46 and tune it, there's body kit to make it look just like iconic M3 GTR. So no point in bothering with Lockdown really.
Don’t get me wrong I wished the vehicles were all exact replicas from the original Most Wanted but they’re exclusive collectibles that you can get for free.
I’ve not been able to fact check this since most jackable vehicles are terrible in comparison to your own. But if this is true I’m sure some people can benefit greatly from this!
i jacked a crewmates m3 after he willingly swapped with a class car and i dont have it in my garage anymore and i have completed the mission for that car. sucks
Yeah unfortunately I believe you HAVE to jack a hot ride that spawns on the map to own it. Otherwise if you could take other players cars, that could be easily exploited.
it’s a bug in the game, if you own the base model of the blacklist cars, it will not save them as the game thinks it’s a duplicate rather than recognise it being a variation.

They spawn randomly so there’s no guarantee on which ones you can get. However I’ve tried to make it as easy as possible to find or steal them with as little trouble as possible.

If you go to the l9cations where the bikes are, they dont spawn in. Why?
Bikes aren’t guaranteed to spawn in all of the marked locations, I believe only 3 spawn per session.

Taking a players blacklist car will only unlock it in the list. You need to steal it legitimately from a lockup if you want to own it in your garage.
