Real Steel and Pacific Rim were my childhood favorites! Watching Real Steel for the first time and playing all those Real Steel games was an absolute blast! 😂
honestly i loved everything about it, i re watched it so many times and obsessed with this movie when i was younger, was pretty much crying in some parts of the movie, it hits the spot that not a lot of movies hit nowadays and thats what its about, for me it was 10/10
This is the kind of movie where when you were a kid scrolling through the tvguide channels, and saw Real Steel was playing on FX, you immediately tuned in to watch.
I had a really torn relationship with my father I’m 22 and we don’t see each other since I’m 10 years old therefore this movie very special to me and I always cry like a baby whenever I watch it. Hell I sometimes get really emotional when I see dads playing with their sons. I would never take a disrespect to this film, ıt’s one of my favoriute movies. I agree with your criticsm nothing you said is wrong to me. It’s good at telling the story between a father and son.
When I watched this movie I was a young adult. To this day, I still love this movie. I respectfully disagree with the things you disliked of it. I actually like the fact that they used those shots specifically! It was just a random movie I found while watching TV, and it ended up making me cry. It gained my eternal appreciation for being a simply amazing piece of media that focuses in a lot of genres and triumphs in all of them. To me: it is a jewel
I loved Real Steal as a kid, when I was a kid I just saw it as a film about robots fighting and didn't pay attention to the stuff between the fights, and as an adult I love the character growth, and the final fight scene is great
Real steel was such a big part of my childhood just like Transformers and Pacific rim. I remember 6 year old me begging my parents to watch the movie. I remember collecting the figures and playing all of the games for Real Steel
I loved this movie and still do. I definitely have been shedding the rose tinted glasses a bit and realizing it wasn't the best movie of all time like I thought 10 years ago, but it's a ton of fun and I can rewatch it endlessly.

Its genuinely sad how you only have one mega popular video. These are all amazing. Also fire movie
This is the one movie that I can go back and watch with the same enthusiasm and joy as I had when I first watched it, I absolutely love this movie! I honestly don’t know why though…
Honestly this is in my top 3 favorite movies of all time
So glad to see all the other comments loving this movie! I was so confused as to how it got bad reviews online. One of my favs as a kid
One of the best movies i’ve watched as kid. Compared to what kids movies in this genres look like these days, this is a masterpiece.
0:49 I said the same thing at first and I watched if again yesterday and it still hits for me idk why people don't like this movie will always have a place in my heart for this movie♥️
When I was young I had this on dvd, still do, I watched this literally 100s of times and was my favorite movie ever
This is the only movie I remember watching with my father as a kid, it’s a personal favourite. Rewatched it this year. It still bangs
The fact that 2011 gave us such beautiful detail in CGI boggles the mind. It was the golden era in filmmaking, why don't they *look* like this anymore?
How did people not like real steel as a fatherless child I resonated deeply to the story
I guarantee you it's not just nostalgia speaking, this movie is a masterpiece every now and then I go back to watch it, it was my favorite movie as a kid
Real Steel and Pacific Rim were my childhood favorites! Watching Real Steel for the first time and playing all those Real Steel games was an absolute blast! 😂
when i was litle i got a personal dvd player and real steel, I watched it over and over for a month, i love real steel so much
7:35 HE SAID IT!!!!! HE SAID THE THING!!!!!!!
honestly i loved everything about it, i re watched it so many times and obsessed with this movie when i was younger, was pretty much crying in some parts of the movie, it hits the spot that not a lot of movies hit nowadays and thats what its about, for me it was 10/10
It was one of the best movie i've watched as a child. And still is until now.
This is the kind of movie where when you were a kid scrolling through the tvguide channels, and saw Real Steel was playing on FX, you immediately tuned in to watch.
OFC I DO, I WATCHED IT NEARLY EVERYDAY WHEN I WAS YOUNGER I KNOW THE WHOLE MOVIE BY HEART
Same people who loved Joker hate this movie, their opinion doesnt mean shit
When I watched this movie I was a young adult. To this day, I still love this movie. I respectfully disagree with the things you disliked of it. I actually like the fact that they used those shots specifically! It was just a random movie I found while watching TV, and it ended up making me cry. It gained my eternal appreciation for being a simply amazing piece of media that focuses in a lot of genres and triumphs in all of them. To me: it is a jewel
Real Steel and The Wild Robot really complement each other for me. Robots? Fuck yeah. Family? Also fuck yeah.
I loved Real Steal as a kid, when I was a kid I just saw it as a film about robots fighting and didn't pay attention to the stuff between the fights, and as an adult I love the character growth, and the final fight scene is great
I rewatched it recently. As great as I remembered
Man I loved this movie. I even defeated Zeus on my mobile phone at that time!
Real steel was such a big part of my childhood just like Transformers and Pacific rim. I remember 6 year old me begging my parents to watch the movie. I remember collecting the figures and playing all of the games for Real Steel
I barely rewatch movies, but Real Steel is one of the very few on the list of movies I rewatch from time to time.
When this movie came out I was 12 and I went to see it with my dad. Literally perfect cinema.
Yo I just came across your channel today and can already say I'm a fan you gotta upload more
@@Playaaa0 glad you like it dawg 🫡
I didn't know this movie was hated, because I loved it when I watched it as a kid. 13 years old at the time and I still remember it as a cult classic
6:03 Ellon musk on the movie????!
No
Dude... I remember being in a robotics club and watching this with the boys.
I loved this movie and still do. I definitely have been shedding the rose tinted glasses a bit and realizing it wasn't the best movie of all time like I thought 10 years ago, but it's a ton of fun and I can rewatch it endlessly.
went to go watch it in theatres with my dad after spending the day at the skatepark. it may be a tad mid but it brought us closer. and that is a win
Compared to today's movies this is a masterpiece of cinematography.

Subbed for the engaging mix of analysis and humor - and the mention of Bionicles. 🤘😎
This video is amazing please make more content like this!

The funniest part of the movie, is realizing that it's plot happens in 2020.
The choice of the megalobox soundtrack and nujabes is so good for this video
As a kid in the 2010s, this, is the best fucking thing I've seen. I preserve my image of it by not rewatching.
1:06 - "Concertable cars are about to get really cheap"
