omg I am the worst - I have a photo album where I screen shot recipes I love from the internet or I take photos of recipes in real life, and just add them to my recipe photo album. Jury's still out on if it's lazy or cutting-edge, but we just don't have room in our kitchen for a recipe binder! NYC kitchens = the worst.

This was a fun project! I enjoy space in my cabinets, now that all my favorite recipes are contained in one binder!

This was a really good idea. It is true that you only use a couple of recipes from a cookbook so why not make your own special book.

I just found your channel and have been watching some videos where did your mother get her binder? I love the inside front pocket where she keeps her recipes till she tries them. Is that attached or separate? Thanks!

My mom said she got her binder at somewhere like Staples and the folder is indeed built into the front cover. She said it was the “Deluxe” version of the binder. She wanted it to last for a long time so she did t mind spending a bit more than what a “basic” binder might cost.
