Do you store your extracted frames in the boxes and inside for winter? Any moth problems? Looks like a great extracting operation you have. Thanks for sharing.
nice vid Ian. I assume a wax extruder is less efficient for that volume, hence your spinner. do you know how many kg/hour it can take? it is counter intuitive to me to mix all the extracted honey back in with the cappings. (obviously it works, though!) p.s. thanks for all the education. though I don't think I ever want to be that big it is fun to see your systems.
Ben Little Do you watch that Nova Scotia mine hunters? I believe Canadians and Australians make the best TH-cam channels right now!!! Im American...:-(
So if you watch this, and imagine a background sound track , what would you chose?? My imagined soundtrack is - " Summer time, and the living is easy..... Gershwin
The system has an auger that pulls the honey from the extractor. Pulls it out faster than gravity will drain it out of the extractor. The sump can be overflowed by the auger...
This is just mid sized? how much...100,000 for all the toys not including building? Im looking to expand in Asheville in a few years. thinking of about 200 hives to start and grow from there. So I need something smaller and used if I can find it.
Did they flag your video cause of the bit of tunes you had in it? Don't feel bad. Most of our band covers are flagged for copyright also. It's fair use in our case but it doesn't matter. I fight they take the flag off. Then their algorithm just flags again. After a year I just gave up and took off monotization and the ads. If my views ever get to the point that it's worthwhile for You tube to pay attention I'm sure they'll come a knocking.
Impressive and nice job!!! All your videos are very informative and look forward to seeing them.
That spinner fascinates me on the speed and efficiency of straining the honey. What a wise investment.
looks great Ian! that wax spinner is awesome.
That's a lot of honey!
Thank you.
another brilliant video Ian, thanks for taking the time to re-shoot it!
Thanks for sharing! Super interesting
Muy bonito y muy bien coordinado trabajando en equipo hay mayor éxito siempre Dios los bendiga siempre

Beautiful...nice and smooth
Hi, Ian. Great content! Maybe you could tell what are dimensions of the extraction room?
That Carrie...breaking rules. 😆
This one time I had a dream that I was you............ then I woke up, looked out into my Apiary and was like, nope not yet.
That's a really nice set up. How many years did it take to have set up like that.

What do your bees make most of there honey from up there?
Canola
Nectar
I am delighted with your apiary.
it would be nice if u can into detail and talk about what is happening at every stage!
Hi please tell me how much the price of these kind of machines( all of them)
Except vehicles
Would have liked someone explaing how it all works.
Do you think you would as good if you didn’t have canola?
So what I still don't understand is how there is no debris after the spin float ? You have no filter on it that I see, is that correct ?
Ben Little its magic ... or science , but probably magic, remember he’s Canadian they are tricksters!! J/k
does science still work that far North . . .
LOL, I'm from Nova Scotia Canada and I do believe science is still around :p

Hello?
I'm curious what's considered a "midsize operation.
Any info will be greatly appreciated
How long do you spin the frames?
Where to buy this machine and how much it cost the full line thanks
As starter is it possible to find used one?

Подача рамок в медогонку и из нее просто супер!
Yep, pneumatic cover... quite good mod boss!
Hi i was wondering from where you got your extractor line from?
Thanks!
Sir how many workers working your aviary.??
Спасибо !
how is the level in the mixer under the uncapper so high? How can the extractor drain?
