Hi! Thanks for watching! In this particular case, only one implant was placed because of spacing. Rather than place two narrower implants, I decided to place a wide body implant for #9 and cantilever over to #10 (with no occlusion on #10). Two implants would have worked fine as well, but restoratively, it would have been more challenging due to close spacing between #9 and #10... I couldn't keep the 3 mm recommended distance between the implants.
