- Civilizations and new leaders from New Frontier Pass fighting for domination victory both on land and seas. They will try everything: clubs, swords, muskets, heavily armored ships even. But the solution will come later when speed, firepower, and strength reach the ideal in one mechanic wonder that will change the rules of the game entirely.
I used the latest version of Civilization VI: Gathering Storm with all other DLC & Expansion Packs for this battle.
I want to sincerely thank every my subscriber for your patience. Don't know if you just forget to unsubscribe or really believed that I'll come back, anyway it's pleasant. The next videos will be on my standard pool of games: Civ 6, Civ 5, and Galimulator. But I also consider Crusader Kings 3, Stellaris, and TABS. That being said, I'll try to return this channel to what it used to be once, and I'm not gonna disappear again.

AI in Civ usually struggles with big picture decisions and prefers to just send one unit at a time towards the general direction of the opponent.
@@4R8YnTH3CH33F not always. I've had cities steamrolled by an AI civ, and watched city states get overwhelmed.

Why is Vietnam so pissed at me all the time lol
I find it oddly aesthetically pleasing to see Machu Pichu overlooking the aqueduct to the city on one side, and the harbour on the other.
- USA sniping in for a steal on babylon. Blew it by forgetting to defend their own Capital.
- Ambiorix only build one single lone Oppidum, at late game, and it's not even well placed. He could have steamrolled so hard. Went for Religion instead. What a mistake.
- Byzantinum had it at a time at 3:54 on a sea battle, but fail to take advantage and Vitenam eventually produce submarines and the day was lost.
- Vietnam had a huge chance to take the Gauls 2:26, but fail to move in the melee unit to take the city. They had so many rounds to do so as well.
- China had a good defence against the Gauls, but blew it when they tried going on the offence with only the ranged unit. Got destroyed by the horse units. Lost shortly afterwards.
Babylon did a classic AI vs AI error. He went for early wonders. Never work.
Constantinople had tanks in the 1500s lol

Is it just me or does Vietnam always beat the other ai
Vietnam has like the best combat bonus in the game, she gets like +10 str fighting in a forest. Pair that with a small map and her +2 movement starting from a forest in her territory for quick reinforcement. She kinda easily overpower stat wise to any other civ.
To put into perspective if vietnam and another civ both have musketman at the same strength. Vietnam musketman fighting in her territory can deal 45 damage while the other musketman will deal 20.
It's because she can move around map better
What the other people have said, but also the AI loves building encampments which means they will always be down a district on Vietnam because Thành don't need pop

Why are there no religions? Did you somehow turn them off or did no one build one? Byzantium would have won if they had a religion
It was a domination only game, and the mod being used wont update religions til you pause, and for a short game length like this there was no need

My money was on Vietnam, even though the map wasn't densely wooded. Glad I was right. That civ has quickly become my favorite with Scythia.

Machu Picchu does practically nothing if you are stuck on 3 cities for most of the game
