Wow. What a mechanic. A lot of our western mechanics could learn a lot for AOM !! Also that price ? Literally works out to less than $70 Canadian !!! That easily would have been a $500 service here. What did the noise end up being ? I was worried it may have been a cracked frame.

I also use ntn bearings in the cone set. Though i don't have the nylon cap, i have the stock cap re provides. To stop the water going in the coneset I stopped water washing entirely. 5000 kms and my handle is tight again. This is the single problem i have faced with the bike in 2 yrs and 21000+ kms. Apart from this particular problem this bike is awesome.
Dude above the cone set you will a lock nut which is the problem, buy additional lock nut nd install 2 lock nuts nd tight the first one clock wise nd the second one anti clock wise nd lastly place the 22mm bolt on the top, you will not have the handlebar tight issue for life...

ART of motorcycles work from there heart. I got same sound problem In the past.😅😂 RE guys change fork oil then they replace springs in warranty. Sound did not goes away. Then there experienced mechanic tighten engine and chassis nuts. Then sound goes away. 😂🤣😂😂

Pricing is quite reasonable. I have replaced my Himalayan handlebar with AOM handlebar and it's quite comfortable. I did a ride from Chennai to Salem Yercaud and back and the ride quality was extremely good. AOM are Enfield experts.
Hey bro, thanks for highlighting common Himalayan issues. I personally liked it coz I m also a proud owner of Himalayan and I'm facing the same issue right now. Forget about knowledge but right now RE is not having Conset in stock and I m chasing them for the last two weeks. I wish I would have been in Banglore.
