@@meganthursby2002 i’m doing good! some days i do feel tight in some areas but stretching and moving goes a long way as well as resting ofc. but you do get used to it and it’s been good overall!

oh i had this same surgery done in minneapolis minnesota in 1994 , as of this day today the rods are still in my back , but the fusion the surgeon had to place in my spine has got a lot of arthritis now and im am not able to bend with that part of my spine . they took bone graft from my right hip , this was one of my worst surgerys to ever wake up from , the pain was intense , i couldnt seem to get enough pain medicine , uffda its painfull , i had no choice but to have spine surgery , it was LIFE OR DEATH
