This Coconut Layered Agar-agar Jelly is very refreshing and yummy. This jelly is inspired by ‪@PailinsKitchen‬
Ingredients 材料：
Clear Layer 透明层:
6 grams agar-agar powder 6克燕菜粉
650 ml coconut water 650 毫升 椰子水
50 grams caster sugar 50克细砂糖 (adjust sugar based on sweetness of the coconut water, 根据椰子水的甜度调整糖量）
3 pandan leaves 3片香兰叶
Coconut Milk Layer 椰奶层:

40 grams caster sugar 40克细砂糖 (adjust sugar based on sweetness of the coconut water, 根据椰子水的甜度调整糖量
