This is what happening to me I am just wasting my time, scrolling my phone and doing nothing, I really want to change myself but I cant and you know after my boards my all friends just stop talking they just don't care now, I am literally feeling very lonely and want to talk to them about our future cause you always need some advice and have to see what others are doing to make a better decision in life ...but now it seems like that all have forgotten than when have spent so many good days in our school life. If I have a chance I really want to talk to you about our future decisions so, that we can help each other cause I thought that you are just the way I am right now. Love you ❤
We are on the same boat I m also in 11th rn 💀 recently I got to know that my best friend blocked me and it hurted me so much😅 I'm still not over it. Now I m in class 11 but some months ago I was in 10th and how can she forget me.. the only reason I figure out it maybe she wants to focus more on her jee so she is just removing all her distractions(including her friends). All I think about is did she really forgot me..like all the memories we made together.😔

Talking about me i also do scrolling but deleting all social media is not good👎 . And an advice for that is whenever you wake up just fix a time period ⏲️in which you can use your social media and enroll in as much self care and workouts as you want 💪 so u don't feel lonely when u are not using your phone📱 .
