    Nicely done. Can I sell 4 rental houses and purchase 1 rental using the 1031? Is this a limit on how many I can sell and use the 1031? Thank you in advance.

    Great video but have couple of questions. My spouse selling his business and wants to buy four plex. Selling business for $500 and buying the four plex for 975K so can he make the difference with his own money or is he required to get a loan? His savings is in joint savings account so will that make a difference?
