An external floating roof's primary rim seal acts as the first barrier against emission in the rim area. Furthermore, it is a safety device that reduces the risk of combustible vapors in this area. Secondary seal designed to effectively prevent rim fires, Protect the stored product from contamination and extend the life of the primary seal. It is therefore extremely important to design and assemble these seals correctly.
