Hello, you can get there directly from the airport by taxi. But it’s kinda expensive. You might want to get by bus but the bus is in Bangkok proper. So you need to go to Bangkok (Ekkamai bus Station) for you to be able to get the bus going to Pattaya. Then take a taxi from Pattaya bus terminal going to this hotel.

I've been to Thailand lots of times. I've never had to go to Bangkok city to get a bus to Pattaya. You can get a bus or Bolt or Grab directly from the airport. Please provide people with the correct information rather then costing them more money. Like WTF is go to Bangkok city to get a bus. You two need more Thailand travel experience. 😂😂
