Well, you see, you're driving auto. What did you expect when you drop rpms to the point an auto trans would downshift to be in the optimal rpm range?
Also- lengthen final gear 2 ticks, lenghten 3rd 2 ticks, shorten 1&2 and play around with 4th. It'll get your restart gearing down and you're race pace will be better.
