My tryhard tips: 1. On the setup, shift weight to the back so that you can get a more planted rear Vettel style. 2. On road courses I prefer decelerating rather than braking, except on the 2 long straights, there I brake hard then steer and accelerate. 3. Get as much downforce as possible through upgrades.
So something I learned recently on my current D2D playthrough, I got to Cup and ran a very "meh" season. Won the 2 road course races but didn't do much else, but I finished in the high 20s in points. Well, I got my sponsor money, but got booted out of Cup. I didn't have an option to renew my sponsor, and I didn't get any other sponsor offers. So I had to go back down to trucks and win another championship (which took me 2 seasons) before I got another chance to race Cup again
Awesome pair of races, man, when I looked at the time stamp to start Infenion and saw it was only 7 minutes left I thought to myself "uh oh" and wound up to be correct on that assumption. Good luck man, this first NASCAR Cup Season for Dick has been absolutely incredible and hell yeah I'm down for a season 2
You can't drive with the traction off on this game. You would need m.i.t to set that up with a wheel an pedal setup. You would kick ass with traction on and a manual transmission. Still love this d t d channel
In racing this, you are overdriving the car by far. I didn’t have a single issue in wheel hopping and being as loose. I’d go back to original settings and then back your braking up so you can gas out of the apex of the corner.
Honestly the most intriguing rivalry in this series so far has been Cosey vs. Pit road entrances
