How is the rail system holding up? I saw your video on "How to install Boxing or Thai heavy bags | Simple DIY Rail System" I plan to hang my Thai heavy bag in my basement using the rail system you outlined. For context, I've been training in Muay Thai since 2001--I'm a little worried about the ceiling joist holding up to the rigors of muay thai striking. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
Without looking at your ceiling engineering it's hard for me to answer that question. Have a qualified carpenter install it to be sure. The rail system works great. no issues.
They look like some great bags! Nice video, dude!
Thanks🤙🏼
You have a great gym. If possible, could you show us how you built the sprung floor?
Will do! I have it on my list of videos to make. Give me some time but ill work on it.
Nice gym. Is the skinny/fat bag for upper cuts?
