Hi Allen You are doing well at swimming. I also swim, but have a pool buoy between my legs with 2 old bicycle tubes around my legs and pool buoy. The tyre tubes are tied in a knot so I can easily take them out past my feet. This keeps my bum and legs on top of the water and I can swim faster. The second thing I do is use hand paddles. The paddles are around the same size as my hands so it doesn't put too much pressure on my shoulders. Enjoy your swimming
I am going to be teaching a 5 year old boy who is paraplegic any advice you can give would be really helpful this video was great thanks so much
