  • Thanks for watching my first video! I will be uploading more videos about my car, because I think there are many important things you have to know before buying it. They won't show it in short reviews, where they drove this car for 1 day haha

    This was an interesting video, thank you. The first thing I did to extend range was to switch off the intelligent battery heating. I agree, it’s a great car to drive. Really fun!

      @lifeinthailandwithhuksfa-jg4ie  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Unfortunately here, in Thailand, you can't drive without AC. Which takes about 65km from the max range... But even 360km is pretty good as well

      @@lifeinthailandwithhuksfa-jg4ieYeah, I can imagine. Must be hot and humid in Thailand. Here in Scotland, we don’t have to worry about high temperatures, just low. 😂 From November to at least March we have to use the heater which also reduces range.

    Great review of your driving experience Khrub. I also bought a MG4 iconX & chose it over the Atto 3 as I didn’t like the front wheel drive scrabbling for traction in the wet the MG4 rear wheel drive is much more settled & predictable the MG felt quicker too! I’ve had no problems with my car & remain very happy with it:

    Thank you.
    Very interesting review.
    I have ordered mine, also the long range Trophy (that is what it is called in the uk).
    Also relevant because we also drive on the left side of the road.
    Probably better to mount your camera on the dash or windscreen or if you are really brave then outside somewhere.

    only on KERS 3 when you lift foot out of the acc paddle the rear break light will illuminate and when slower than 35 km/hr the light will be off

    I like this car but the it feels tricky living in Pattaya. A round-trip to Bangkok possibly needs some charging in between. I'll wait a bit more for longer ranges. Thanks for your video.

  • @akeem11h

    Great video. In most MG forums, owners say the brake light comes on when the driver depresses the accelerator, just like most EVs, so I think you should be safe with drivers behind you.

    Great car great drive. Need to get used to the auto driving. People complain about it probably didn't drove another cars with such features before. All auto driving functions are abit iffy for all cars if you don't know what it can or cannot do. Tesla is slightly better but unless u wanna pay more than double for it. Lfp batteries kick ass. Lastly the drive and connection to the road is unlike any other ev near this price.

      Not sure what you mean. The same 1st class insurance, the same price and terms as any other cars. The warranty for the battery is 6 years, and for the car 8 years, or maybe opposite :D Don't remember now. But so far no problems, didn't claim anything yet

    The lane assist feature is dangerous. It should just warn the driver and not take over the control. Human drivers MUST have full control of their vehicles, not the other way around. MG should fix this.
