Sharaym. Peace and Freedom. I wrote the original article, "African Origins of Global Fae Traditions" in 2011, which was printed in FAE Magazine in the UK. The word "fai" came from Nile Valley culture. I teach about fai culture from the African perspective. We have a unique relationship with the fai - especially here in the U.S. They do not present as tricksters to us. They always have a method and a message. Let us reclaim the strength of our traditions. Thank you for creating this video to help educate our people. - Queen Mother Imakhu

These Yumbo fairies and the Aziza fairies both attract me. I wish the brave ancient fairies like these two types were more popular.

I saw a illuminated fowl flutter into a tree a couple years ago. Shortly after the tree had warts all over it and not too far from the tree white mushrooms started to grow in a circle.

Greetings, in my research as I read some information is saw a reference to a dark spirit, I knew then that the energy I was seeking had to be of color. "Dark, usually the color of US." Our stories hidden, with others layered on top. I want to thank you for being open to share the stories usually left out.
In a search for the connection of the Orisha's and Fairies and it brought me to you. Give thanks for the study... I appreciate you Johnathan for ZorasCreation!!!
I was looking for something to take me into the first day of May, you are my celebration... Ase'

Thank you so much for doing this extensive research. I am looking for fairy stories in African culture and not having much luck. As you said, they'd be called something different. Do you have any recommendations for any specific words that would point me in the correct direction?

Background music is so loud, l find it too difficult to hear the narrative and cannot follow it well. I cannot listen to this and must abort. Nuts. 😢 😢
