Yeah didn't get all these videos not mentioning literally the easiest way. Also handy if you want to just get rid of them while mining, since they seem to respawn annoyingly fast if you kill them.
@Unknown Factions, Thank you so much for the call out! You are the only youtuber to do that, others have not done the same! You have gained a sub from me for being a good dude with great content!
If you build a hut close enough to the pit you can actually be resting in the same position you shoot the golem from. *Resting*, not just *being rested*, further increases your eitr regen.
@@Edcognito Probably didn't know about it. I just came back to the game and forgot that was a thing, even though i have a little hut next to where i had the golem trapped before. I was wondering what i had that setup for lol. And now after trying to find the best ways to level magic i remember.
I appreciate the video. Great channel. I think, however, you can skill blood magic faster by going to the swamp, finding the triple spawns (2 dr, 1 skele), raising the ground over them to protect 2 of them, and letting your skeletons go crazy. I prefer 1 dr and 1 skele when you start off and 2 dr once you have high skill.
raise earth over a draugr spawner, I used a draugr village rather than the swamp, smooth it out with hoe while holding shift to make a nice even hill over it, summon skeletons and go, throw up shields once in a while. Got my blood to 90 in a few hours with that, elemental too with ice spikes
Easier way me and some buddies discovered on a PC server. when someone needs to go AFK, they go stand in our cellar, with a nearby bonfire set up. The AFK person turns off friendly fire, and the mage turns pvp/friendly fire ON. When the mage shoots the AFK player, they do no damage, but the elemental skill still goes up as normal. just spam them with ice, and in an hour or two you go from 0 to 50 elemental magic skill. past 50 is a true slogfest, but can be done this way too. EDIT: this works with all combat skills besides blood magic. you just hit the AFK player to grind skills as if it were an immune enemy
Blood Magic is better farmed in Black Forest, make a pit under an Graydwarf spawner and just summon Skeletons Inside, Good skill training and wood/stone/greydwarf farm.
Build tree platform/mini fort/rest area, then summon Bonemass to level ranged (bow & magic). For shield work without using godmode, I find a fresh skellie dungeon with 4-6 skeletons packed in a room behind a door and shield block. I've also been known to build a rest area off swamp spawner to work melee weapons with block.
Don't you also get experience when damaged with a barrier? So protecting the skeletons when you shove them in might work well. Or just going hunting with a pack of wolves.
You only get x experience when the bubble around you bursts. Bubbles around other players give them xp when they burst and none is gained when summons or tamed animals have their bubbles burst.
for blood magic swamp spawners-cover with hoe use portal to port into tree spawn 2 archers inside of tree make a port and work bench in tree make a fire and small hut for rest regen this will afk over night- 2 nights and at 100
Kite the stone golem to the edge of the hole and then jump into the hole, equip your mining pick axe and hit the ground below the stone golem and voila stone golem falls into the hole.
uh, why not just summon a skelly. They have HP and are resistant to cold. Turn on friendly fire and keep nuking skellies in the comfort of your home. To level blood magic just make a tree top triangle with platforms near a forest spawner. Spawn skellies on platforms until you get archers. Push down sword skellies. This way they cover each other while you are bait. just make your platform multi layered because eventually throwing rocks can destroy a single wall. Did it on a fresh map so invasions would not cause issues. No problem going afk to bed.
yeah damage is damage, you can throw up a shield and cast ice then recast shield when it pops since bubble lasts longer than a skellies hp Draugr spawner with dirt raised over it and smoothed out with a hoe is still best for both imo
be cautious guys n girls. if you start cheating your way through a great game like this you will loose all the shivers and ambience, the joy of succeeding in a glorious task after failing. where is the adventure, the feeling of growing on your own, the sense of exploration of the unknown, the learning to be better and more skillful in combat and beyond? every story needs that kind of evolution - what would rocky say? its not the way the developers meant it to be played. but sure. you can cheat everything on your server. unlimited mats of all kind, instant boss kills, godmode, flying and so on. just know that you will spoil hundreds of hours of great gaming for yourself if you do. an exception may be builders. what we see in this video is how you can skill up faster within the game not cheat the game. theres a big difference i believe. btw: its true, you can skill on your own pets. how about skill on loxes who have high hp and frost resistance instead of just butchering them with a knife. the rest you learn while playing. that would be the natural order of valheim. 😅 hugs to everyone who needs some.

dragging them in with the harpoon is a pretty easy way of getting stuff in a pit

Always give credit where credit is due haha and ty its appreciated :)
I'm digging the skeleton at the end!

I wondered why he would pass that up.

for blood magic, use the surtling core spawns to break your shield.

so true... but this is beast for elemental tho
Now for part 2: how to make golems your own personal wreck it Ralphs.
Good to know! I have not messed around with the magic at all yet.

I am super excited for the community server to reach the lands of no sight.
me as well :)

Rested buff and more Eitr foods should help too.
it seems they've fixed the "exploit" of the stone golems, they do take damage because of blunt.
Kite the stone golem to the edge of the hole and then jump into the hole, equip your mining pick axe and hit the ground below the stone golem and voila stone golem falls into the hole.
So all you need is an enemy that cant take damage from cold and the ice staff?
skill trees in valheim? which mod are you using?

You probably don't get skill XP by attacking pets.
@@Arkalius80 I got my last 20 ranks in elemental that way

...challenge accepted lol
