CocoCay Beach Club NOT a perfect day!

- This was not a perfect day at Coco Cay! Onboard Royal Caribbean Allure of the Seas, we went on back 2 back cruises September 2022…
Normally my favorite stop Coco Cay, Bahamas! Booked the Coco Beach Club as a late Birthday Gift to myself and was up at the crack of dawn to be out there first thing. However this time it was not a perfect day! Jellyfish stings! Sharks and Rays!!! Purple marine life flag was flying. Loud thumbing music all day….. coco beach club isn't a place to relax.

The past 10 years we have made travel a top priority. Traveling, cruising and going on as many adventures as we possibly can. Been to Puerto Rico, Netherlands, Belgium, Mexico, all over the US…. So many places.
Now empty nesters we have more time to go on new adventures. Last couple trips have been a lot of cruises, but we do a lot of road trips and regular travel as well. Can't wait to share these adventures with everyone!

It''s the ocean, sharks are everywhere and mostly within 15 ft of the shore. You just don't ever see them. I've been in the ocean at CoCo Cay 10 times, never a problem with any critter. Use your noggin............
The coco cay shark is harmless they even named him lol 😂 the life guard told us it’s always around. The only problem we had was jellyfish once. But we still went in the water! We love the ocean!!
if you walk over to chill beach (or take the tram for a quick ride), he could've snorkelled there... way better beach for snorkelling... then head back to coco beach club for lobster and infinity pool.

is the coco beach restaurant (Lobster :)) and infinity pool included of all passengers or do you have to reserve it?
@@elisatorres3557 you have to reserve it… both times we went it was not too badly priced and we felt it was worth it. The lobster lunch was fantastic!!!!!
I get the wanting for more peaceful, but relaxing is different for everyone. However, I'd expect the beach club to be at least a bit quieter than the main area.
Very nice how long do you stay in one place before you have to sail again ?
We got from 7am-till about 3pm each place time varies.
We had to stay out of the water there because of the sharks. We liked Labadee much better!
When we were there the shark swimming around was a lemon shark which are harmless! I hear there are more dangerous sharks around the area though!!!!
And if sharks were at Labadee you'd say different. Welcome to the world's oceans!
