BF#4 had a thing for walls. A few months later, #4 landed atop the pit row walls at Nashville Motor Speedway during BIGFOOT BASH 1990 and was pretty trashed afterwards.
@17:07 you can actually see Wilke's head get whiplashed outside of the driver's side door. Thank goodness USA-1 didn't hurt anyone more badly than it did.

Wow, Equalizer didn't won... That truck was money in the bank back then, always 1st or 2nd for sure.. Bigfoot was always close; Carolina Crusher and USA 1 had to struggle a lot to win an event; it seems bad luck chasing them. Grave Digger was under a curse, always breaking. Respects to The Outlaw for defending blue oval's honour with Bigfoot. Love Georgia Rebel and Bandit despite they didn't won... BBF still the king of puling. Thanks for the video.
That, combined with what looked like the alignment pin on the spring and the u-bolts broke on the axle and suspension. The frame still seems fine. The truck is in great condition to this day.
Watching that wreck multiple times over the years I’ve come to realize that Wilke rolling over was probably for the best with where he was heading. With the trajectory he was on if he doesn’t roll over he probably hits Holbrook and who knows what could’ve happened then.

We All Need Jesus
Everything is good
8th time USA 1 went over, the wheel base from side to side is so narrow I'm sure that was a factor on that truck.
