Now that was good, the first fight was a nail biter, i was sure the mirage tanks would make the win because they kept getting promoted. War in a can indeed.
@@taihaole4900 Some units have two weapons (primary and secondary) against different targets (like Boris' primary weapon being his rifle and his secondary weapon being his laser designator). But then both have to be set up correctly to be used. The Mirage Tank was originally supposed to have a "makeup kit" as its 2ndary weapon allowing it to disguise as any terrain object (rocks, trees, posts etc.) not unlike what spies have. But then the devs gave up on that idea, thinking it would make the tank too hard to get the best out of, so it didn't have a 2ndary weapon on release, and when it was mistakenly given an elite weapon that was flagged as "secondary", they couldn't use it.
Apocs improve more than other tanks when they go veteran (conversely, some Allied vehicles like IFVs and prisms barely do, but have to wait until the elite status to become powerhouses), so they had a clear victory in the 2nd round. Elite Apocs are devastating, but in the 3rd round, Apocs go from outranging Teslas and Tank Destroyers to being outranged by their elite versions, and given their firepower, these extra shots matter a lot.
First round was close as the mirage tank is really good out of the box Second was expected for me as alot of the random tanks there don't get their power spikes yet Third was expected as well as all the "blue" tanks gain their attack speed/unique ability on them
They have the highest range and their projectiles hit instantly, meaning no waste of shots. They did the most lifting in the first 2 rounds. On the other hand, their elite weapon is bugged and their damage is not increased going from veteran to elite, so they are less effective in the last round. But on the other hand, tesla tanks and tank destroyers get much more buffed and their range is also increased.
As the first guy said it's probably just their camo, they don't get targeted as often as others but as you can see at the end of round one once they are targeted they die really quick.
This test is kinda bad because half of the tanks are not in an optimal number for them to be cost-effective (Lashers and Grizzlies.). So a good chunk of DPS is just lacking. 87500 worth of Rhinos is not equal to 87500 worth of Grizzlies or Lashers. And so is the case with the other unit types. Formation also sucks because a consistent concave doesn't happen as fast. But I guess anything for content, right?
Interesting swing in results as the veterancy status climbs.
It’s because veterancy gives percentile buffs, not flat additives. Percentile buffs favour those with high stats to begin with.
no it's because apocalypse profits from a bug which gives its veterancy condition an extra bonus

Elite Mirages are bugged. Their elite weapon is set as secondary instead of primary, so they can't use it.
@@handanyldzhan9232 what does that mean, 'set as secondary'?

That was mental! I actually expected it to go the other way and not for the first battle to be so close!
It seems the biggest difference makers were Apocs hitting full XP in the second round, and Tank Destroyers starting strong in Round 3.

This is Tank Valhalla where they blow up each other during the day and feast whole night! :)
Apocalypse winning the first 2 ground suprise me ngl , considering mirage tesla and tank destroyers is over and blue
it's the expensive tesla tanks who blew it
Tesla tanks and tank destroyers suck until they become elite. Mirage Tanks were doing most of the heavy lifting in the first 2 rounds

i'm amased they won the first one, the mirage tank concave was nasty
prism tank vs mix of tanks same cost
The first one is quite a surprise, could have ended either way due to game mechanics.
It's basically Quantity VS Quality
Out of all tanks, Mirages survive so well against Apocalypses... tf?
Can't hit what you can't see, they were stealthing in the back a lot, so the Apocalypse tanks weren't targeting them.
