@@RobertTaylor-gz2fu i didn't say there was a demand (still if we are talking real estate there is, especially brits are purchasing flats in coastal cities like burgas or varna by bunch). i was talking about their purchasing power as a country, so everything went up. i've been there in 2006. minimal wage back then was like a central african country's back then. now it's crazy. turkish people used to go a weekend trip into bordering cities to plunder their markets cause it was so cheap. now it's vice-versa.
