I am SO disappointed they didn't do anything with this new style of metal gear, they setup a complete new team, a very likable team too. I would have loved to get a new series of games based on it.
But if they were to go for it now... hah. Konami, way to throw away the golden goose.

@Emerald Hawk Well, when i say golden goose, i'm talking about practically... their ability to make amazing content and make a lot of money almost for free because of the talent they had.
Kojima is a part of that, those that made Revengeance, and so on.
They're doing pachinko. Which actually can support them in Japan alone. It's that lucrative.

They should make new DLCs for Blade Wolf when he went scouting alongside Raiden during the main game. That way we can see his awesome new form in action :)

It shouldn’t even be DLC. It should just be an unlockable story mode that you Can play when you’ve completed with Raiden. And yeah i agere. So disappointed that you don’t get to play as bladewolf in his new form. You don’t even get to see him kicking ass in it while playing as Raiden.
I can only assume when you get to World Marashal, he stops to pee on every tree in the japanese garden. If you keep calling him on the codec he is there for a VERY long time. I'm like "What are you doing there, Wolf?"
Thing is he is somewhat defenseless compared to the LQ-81i since he doesnt have the chainsaw
His new body is only made for scouting

Two of my favorite parts in this song while fighting this boss:
00:34 That howl Blade Wolf does at the same time with the music, and 04:56 just kicks into overdrive with an all or nothing battle. Gives me pumped every time.
Love the Spanish elements. Like a bull fight. Reminds me of it anyway what with red and black motifs and a cruel "duel"

This was one of my favorite games and one of my favorite bosses especially on revengeance difficulty
the game version > studio version. there's a lot more Going on, and you can feel the sense of adrenaline.

Funny thing: In the level after you beat the snot out of the Blade Wolf, it turns out that Maverick decided to rebuild him. I guess his dying words about freedom convinced Raiden and company to give him just that through a new body. I mean, they must've felt a little bit of pity for the poor UG.
"Y'know what, fuck it. Raiden, bring back his hard drive, we're adopting this guy."
I wasn't designed to fear termination.
I can't think of one song that wasn't good throughout the entire game.
But this song and the end credit song where my favorites.
I've always loved how the songs are a mix of heavy rock/metal dubstep

you know originally it was monsoon's theme that was my favorite but since i've actually played the game this has become my number 1 favorite it even beat out rules of nature for my get hyped music

This fight is the game's way of communicating that there's an answer for every attack, and to anticipate them is to master the game. Blade-wolf's entire arsenal has three answers for every attack, Offensive, Passive, and Tool-based. Mixing these styles together is how you destroy this game on any difficulty.
