About:
The Hilton Waikoloa Village is a beautiful resort, setting on great location, with wide verity of amenities including tropical gardens, air conditioned trams, pools with slides, lagoon, art pieces from around the Pacific throughout the resort, swimming and snorkeling lagoon water with kayaks and paddle boards, and interactive dolphin encounters. Hilton Waikoloa Village resort has great walkway along the cost, and is in a great location to view the sunset. It is near many shops and restaurant are and with in driving distance from the Hapuna Beach and Mauna Kea Beach.

This is such a nice property. We're part of the HGV owner plan at this location. We go between the Big Island and Ouahu. Alternate every now and then.

How are you liking that plan? What does it include?

@@paranoma87 we have a small plan. 3,840 points a year. Basically a studio at the Ocean Tower for a week. We've stayed there one time and it's nice. We've learned to use our points primarily off season at other locations during the week. Monday through Friday. The M-F points are cheaper then on weekends. We're gonna try to do a 25% off special in Las Vegas come June. Tues -Fri for 558 points or so. If we plan it right we can travel about three to four times a year on our small points! I'd like to shoot for 6,000 - 8,000 points some day when we retire.

They don't have motorized carts. They do have a train to get around the resort.

Can you snorkel there? Can you see fish ocean side

The ocean area around the resort is rocky, but I've seen people snorkel there. You can snorkel and see fish and turtles at the lagoon. Waikoloa Beach is about 5 minutes walk from the resort you can snorkel there. I'd recommend Hapuna Beach and Mauna Kea Beach for a really good snorkeling place. Both are about 10 minutes drive from the resort.

@@theadventurer6480 AMAZING. i want to go back so badly. as soon as we landed in kona it started raining and then later that same day when we got to the hotel it was pouring and i loved the tropical vibes. it was my first flight too
