I hated how cheap the interior looked and felt. The ride was noisy and the powertrain felt sluggish as hell. I ended up in a fully loaded 2024 Kia Forte GT Line.
@@mcoots0013 - My 2015 Kia Forte5 lasted longer than my 2016 Toyota Corolla 😂 Transmission failure at 78K miles sent the Corolla to its grave. Toyota also refused to honor the 120K mile bumper to bumper warranty I purchased through them (not third party) because they told me they consider it "normal wear and tear." I still have the Forte5 and it has 151K miles. Original engine and transmission, and it's a blast to drive compared to the Corolla with more features. Good luck with any scrap Corolla you end up in. 😂🫡
@@DeadofWinter321That's a very uncommon Corolla experience. My 2017 XSE is at 100k miles with no issues since owning it. Don't understand why anyone buys Kia but hope you enjoy!
@@bluesky5384 - Kias (especially the Forte) are much more refined than a Corolla. I test drove a 2024 Corolla XSE and a 2024 Forte GT Line. The Forte was quieter (both at idle and while driving), interior fit and finish is noticeably better in the Forte as well. More fun to drive than the Corolla, and the beautiful thing is, it'll last 250K+ miles with proper maintenance just like an average Corolla. Why settle for less with a penalty box on wheels (like the Corolla) is beyond me.

I hope you have better luck than we did. Our K5 started acting up at 60k. Traded it in a few weeks ago!
