The tourists are not being rude many are unsure. Also the young Guard is NOT allowed to make a comment unless anyone holds the reins. The young guards push you away just by looking as they are quiet fierce. But 99.9 % of tourists are polite but it is extremely hectic and full on. Take a trip to London and see.

The reason there are more out then in is, most of the big mental health hospitals have been closed. Some have care staff visit to do meds and keep an eye on mood and behaviour. If he is a mental health patient he might be living alone or in a group home. I do think his behaviour is unpredictable and he could be a threat to adults and children. As well as the guards and horses, only one policeman appeared, the rest were missing. If these individuals are visiting more often, maybe an increase in officers at horse guards. Is there a mental health facility in the area and do they come from there? Of course he could be absolutely fine just looking for his fifteen minutes of fame. I stand by my idea of removing the horses and just have the guards on duty.

Everything was fine people were behaving pretty good the horse seemed very sweet with people especially kids… why did this clown have to ruin it? Did anybody say anything to him? Why didn’t the guard push the button? There’s no sense in this! The guys a jerk and needs help. Make him go away!

The reason there are more out then in is, most of the big mental health hospitals have been closed. Some have care staff visit to do meds and keep an eye on mood and behaviour. If he is a mental health patient he might be living alone or in a group home. I do think his behaviour is unpredictable and he could be a threat to adults and children. As well as the guards and horses, only one policeman appeared, the rest were missing. If these individuals are visiting more often, maybe an increase in officers at horse guards.
Is there a mental health facility in the area and do they come from there? Of course he could be absolutely fine just looking for his fifteen minutes of fame. I stand by my idea of removing the horses and just have the guards on duty.

Far too many mental patients who need help and are out on the street. Forgot his meds. Omg Im trying not to point any blame for this. Some people cant cope out in the world, but to certain people this doesnt matter. Its a shame these poor soldiers and their gorgeous horses have to put up with this. I don't know what he is trying to do, but he's obviously not playing with a full deck. Keep him away! The police should have escorted him of the grounds completely. And have his picture taken so the guards officers know who to look out for.
