"it's Saturday" the most legit answer I've ever heard! Also, Midwest Magic Cleaning gave you a shout out so I stopped by to check out the channel, and I love the energy, love the content, will definitely be subscribing!
You are so fun to watch, and Toni (love her name!) does such a good job editing the videos, I can't wait to see more content! P.S. Your dad is just as fun as you are, love love!!!!
Your videos really make my day! Wish I lived closer to you (I live in Nova Scotia) as I would love to help you tackle this clean up and organization project!!
Now I have to go outside and clean my shed...thanks Tiff!!....HaHa. Way to go! So far, I've seen most of your projects. Toni your editing is awesome. Keep it up.
Great video this week. It is so awesome to see you and your dad working together these past few weeks. It is also great to finally see some boriquas doing diy on TH-cam
As a student of Spanish, I love when you speak it. Keep up the great work. I love your honesty, when you make mistakes, and watching your mind work at fixing them.
Omg. You put your heart and soul into that air guitar solo! Ha! What a nice workshop! I am such a sucker for a good garage cleanout followed up with great storage and organization! As usual, Toni, the editing was excellent!
After I watched your video, I went out and reorganized my yard shed and cleaned the garage, you are an inspiration. I love your ascetic and humor. Thank you for sharing.
Tiffany, I sat here crying watching you and your Dad, my Dad and I were exactly the same. I miss him so much. What a beautiful job you all did. I was a painting contractor and had a couple guys working for and with me. Women are capable of doing so many thing men think they were only able to do. I got a contract 400 men and I applied for; I got it. I really admire your woodworking skills. My husband was a wood worker and ended up working for me. I have always been proud of what I accomplished.
Hi Thank you! I’m sorry about your dad 😢. I agree women can do very impressive things! If I were to work as a contractor I think painting is what I would choose :) I’ve done a bit of everything and painting is one of the things I enjoy doing
I knew I recognized you from somewhere! I watched a bunch of your resin videos a couple of years back. Congrats on the channel growth and getting your shop in order! 🙂🍻
I can't believe you are doing this during our summer! But I do the same thing. Waiting for October to rebuild our shelves in our shed. You are such an inspiration. Bravo!
It's surprising that ALL that came out of your shed. It's a pretty good sized shed, now that it's emptied. Anytime someone is sorting and organizing, it's always a "No Judgement Zone"! And....yes....it's freakin hot in Florida. I also live in Florida, Pasco County, north of Tampa. We've had an extremely Hot summer and tons of humidity and a possible hurricane tropical storm headed in our direction. The curtains to cover the openings are a good idea. You could paint the brown cabinet black, I'm pretty sure you have some black paint in your stash. It looks so much better. You'll be able to keep up with it now since most tools/items have homes. Score on the AC Unit - that will be nice to have. It looks really good and will be even better with the tool wall. Nicely done!
@@diytiff - just going through the tail end if it now, speratic rain today. We had lots of rain, all day & night sat & sun continuously, winds, storms & tornado warnings. I've lived in Florida since the early 80's, so been through a few hurricane threats. Hope you rode it out well also!
It is so fun to see. you and your dad work together. He just needs to move closer to you!!! LOL Is it possible to create an exhaust for sawdust if you are cutting inside, so that the sawdust goes outside?
You are doing great! Re: headroom under ladders, flip the ladders flat to the ceiling with 4 hooks rather than two. You will gain nearly 2' of headroom. Also you can wrap cords and use hinges like drop down attic stairs use. That way, you can make a flat tray that you can fold dow for easy access.😊
Way to go Tiff. I just came across your channel and love your real life diy approach and to see you face the challenges you run into. I have been there and done that and just wanna give you a high five! 🙌
😮 what a massive under taking! Great thing to have that a/c unit .. us Floridians have it hot this summer! My garage needs an over hual like that! Next will see you have a sink inside there! Running water! 😅
You are doing such an amazing job. I live in Greece and follow all your videos. Feel like I know u. Now regarding the portable air-conditioning , I had one in one of my rooms. My advice is to try and lift it all the way up the window, because the longer the pipe, the more heat is being created, thus u have cold in front and heat in the back. Just a suggestion so that u will feel more comfortable. Love your videos. You are amazing. Keep up the hard work.
Hi Tiff! I love watching your amazing videos and shout out to Toni and your dad too. Have you thought about painting or sanding and staining the cabinets in there?
Hiiii! New here. Your dad gets 👍🏼 from me. Very nice job Tiff, seriously. The cooling unit was a touch of brilliance. The opposite window, do u think putting film over it and or some kind of anti theft situation would be a good idea? Enjoyed your video. Many blessings
Loving your videos ~🙌🏼 Great clean up job.👍🏼 Btw, you may already know,,, but try not to run the AC when and if you plan to cut wood inside trailer, particle will destroy unit.. speaking from experience ~ Love to see you with your Dad~ 🙌🏼
I may have missed it, but i don't see peg board. Or maybe that's what you were talking about 'the tool wall'. Great job! I feel ya on the paint issue. And extra lumber, and hardware, and...... enjoy your cleaned out space❤
Uhh Tiff? Word of advice: Everytime you say you have enough storage in workshop you're making a mistake. I've seen a lot of workshops on youtube and i came to conclusion that there is no such thing like workshop with enough storage. You can make enough space to store all your tools but when it comes to materials no matter how much you try you'll always find lack of space for storage.
@@diytiff tell me it didn't happen few times already. I'm sure you encountered situation when you didn't have enough space for materials in your workshop plenty of times even after you overhauled it.
(Firstly I'm going to apologize now for the lengthy comment before hand lol) I loved your dad's reaction he was pumped up and ready but then when the door opened and he saw the reality...I drank cup of steaming hot coffee btw and you know how it's not good to drink and laugh at the same time? I filtered my nose with coffee 🤣 I can relate to the collecting of paint. There's a brand of fabric I love It's 36 dollars a yard brand new so when I see a good couple of yards for a ridiculously cheap price at a fabric thrift I buy it even when I don't need it I buy it. Also because of it I end up keeping all my costumes because the fabric especially for one of my dresses can either be reused or the costume can be altered into a later period or into a whole new costume entirely. because of that Ive a giant antique trunk full of them, a few more in the closet, And that's not all My window shelving are has fabric bits for projects in the works, my work table which I use for makeup, sewing, art and TH-cam videos is also piled with either patterns that are never out away because they are used almost all the time. sewing thread is always in little piles on the floor, while one project is in the works, 4 months of either projects scheduled for next month or rescheduled past months is still out. and it's HARD to break a habit because it can be a hobby someone enjoys the worst part is when something is thrown out after maybe 2 three years of not needing or using it, something happens that same day and you finally need it but no longer have it.
😂😂😂 never had hot coffee through my nose that cant be good 😂. I’ve just started my collection of fabric. Is very small but now I look at a small piece and I’m like oh I can use that. The costume collection is growing pretty quickly though. The guest closet is almost full 😂
@@diytiff same. Especially when the costume can't be folded or something. An antique trunk though, the largest one you can find. They're the best. I'm still shocked at how much I can pack in one lol. Plus the lid is perfect to display boots and shoes.
Its amazing how much room you have when you stop telling yourself 'i might need it someday"and never use it.i stopped telling myself that and i have less junk and more room.
If you didn't already (the one shot looked like it wasn't done yet), put foam weatherstrip between the top of the opened window pane and the glass behind it, so air/bugs can get through there too. Great job on the place!
The gap with no cabinet on the right wall would be a perfect spot for the miter saw on a shelf that puts the saw cut surface even with the counter top.
Another Great Job Tiff. But you are realizing your already out growing your work space. I have soooo many tools I don't have enough space for projects that take me more than a few days to finish. I'm now in the process of building another bigger building for the projects. 😅
(I too have a lengthy comment… short version. Great video.😂) I totally should have watched this video first. LOL. I’m at 6:06 in the video. I’m dying laughing about all the stuff out in the yard and you saying “I hope this makes you feel better about yourself”. Instead… it’s making me think…. YES! I knew there was at least one more person in the world like me!!! I would love to take my shop and empty everything into the yard and put it all back like you did. My biggest problem is that my “yard” is really a driveway that is smaller than my shop. LOL. And I live on Main St with lots of traffic. So unless I can get it done in one day…. It’s not a great idea. I’ve thought about renting one of those pods that you can use as a storage unit in your driveway. I still want to… but i live in a small town and none of the places will deliver here. Still going to find a way. Just not sure when. I too have a supply of paint that I bought when a store closed and I got a really good deal. And now I don’t use spray paint for anything. I need to get it all boxed up and get rid of it and reclaim my space.
Paint! Ugh, I wish there wasn't such a price difference between gallons and quarts. It's so hard to resist buying gallons due to the price when I usually only need 1-2 quarts, which leaves me with half gallons I never use! Ugh
A song of yours was making the best I saw all the heart should be went through. I’m sure the water pop in and tell you things but when it came time to cover those holes he didn’t have anything to cover the hose but you didn’t have something to cover the holes if you save the sawdust of the wood that you’re working with and you take the sodas in the mix it up with blue it becomes a paste and you put it in for the Whole when you send it is the same color. Great job Tiff! You should paint all the lower cabinets black so the curtains aren't an eyesore for you. That & it will make it more cohesive.
I might do that in the future:)
I absolutely adore your videos! Edit: Okay, the most relatable part of this is “one year later”! 😂

@16:07 can you add that face to the shop vac. Please and thank you

I’d build a storage shed next to the workshop, it looks like you have the space.
Your ladder can go in the back of shed but go the width of it looks like it should fit..
Save room for future shop lights.

Why do you not put that air conditioner in that window and make you workshop more tolerable in that Florida heat?
The windows are too small that’s why I went with a portable
