6 years later and I'm still coming to listen to this. never ever gets old, and this is very rare to happen with me, to listen to a song a million times and still get the goosebumps every single time. I'm a musician as well, I'd fight a dragon Mordor for a chance to meet you or talk to you. I'm a huge fan of you.
I just purchased the album, and thoroughly enjoyed your translated cover. It sounds like if Sigur Ros did an english live version. You should be very proud. I really like it.
WOW AMAZING! I LOVE SIGUR ROS AND THIS IS CLOSE IN AWESOMENESS! I don't believe that there are any other covers out there, so thank you so much for being the first! :)
Your covers are simply amazing! I really hope we see more Sigur Rós covers from you. If I can request something, I would love to see Olsen Olsen or Milano next! Also, your videos are fantastic as well! They are actually an inspiration for me, since I'm trying to create backdrop videos for live performances of my own band right now. So, thank you! :)
Thanks. :) Well, you can't really check them out yet, we're currently working on recording songs for our myspace site. It will still take some time but I will tell you when we're finished.
Ich merke gerade erst dass du aus DE kommst, dann hätten wir ja sogar Deutsch reden können. xD (Bin aus Wien) Geniale Covers hast du jedenfalls aufgenommen. ;)
HOLY SHIT!!! WTF!!!! YO YOUR GOOD OMG I GOT SO MUCH CHILLZ IT'S CRAZY!!!!!! GET A RECORD DEAL!!!!!! NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS MY FAVORITE SONG AND YOU MADE IT MORE BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! GET ONE NOW!!!!!!!! This is so BEAUTIFUL SON!!!!!!
Beautiful cover. What camera were you shooting with that could get 210 fps? I haven't found a consumer market camera capable of doing such a thing. Not one of practical use anyway.

I love the original song sooo much, but it isn't on youtube. At least, I can't find it ): So I'm glad you did this cover! It maybe has the wrong chords and no drums and the lyrics might be wrong, but that doesn't bother me. It sounds very beautiful! But could someone help me and explain what 'hopelandic' means? The word is in the description and I can't understand it.. :>
"Hopelandic" is a language without any meaning created by the singer of Sigur Ros, Jònsi.. it consists in using monosyllables and vocalisms instead of words with a meaning while singing :)
I've just done some research, and while there is no Icelandic meaning for Saeglopur, there is Stagelopur. I've read that half the word is Polish, meaning fool, the other half believed to lost at sea. Perhaps this means someone who is foolish enough to become lost at sea, apply the obvious semaphores.
10 years and i cried so much having listened to this stoned out of my mind. freaking beautiful.
10 years later and I still come here to listen.
I'm bash muddy from below

totally different feelings
but still not bad
Do you live in heaven?!
Lovely.
This would be great (and I mean that) if what you were singing was actually the English translation.
It's not.
You can find them very easily online.
