First of all, I subbed -- great channel. Secondly, seeing as I'm a sucker for ugly duckling pistols, I purchased a PPX 6 months ago when it was on sale at Rural King.
Much like your experience, I found the PPX to be an excellent shooter with recoil as manageable as any 9mm I've ever owned. For the price I paid, it's unmistakeably evident that Walther knocked this one out of the park.
Aaron Wagner Thanks for the sub, and for the comment!
It puzzles me that you only have less than 3000 subscribers, your reviews come up A LOT in my searches. Great work, I specially love the score protocol you have for your reviews. SUBSCRIBED!
THANKS! I keep tweaking my approach to the review process to try and keep them interesting (shorter if I can) and informative. Appreciate the comment about the subs... though I can't complain about that - I sincerely appreciate each one.
Thanks for the great review. Very helpful and extremely thorough.
Super review. One of the best, and that muppets observation is super funny :)
I don't usually watch a video on TH-cam that's more than a few minutes, but I watched all 40 minutes of this video and I learned more than I would have thought. Thank you for the very very good head to head on these 2 pistols. You did a excellent job!
Thanks very much for that! I try to shorten them, but sometimes it feels like good info would be cut - so I leave it. Very glad to hear that the information was helpful!
Thank you for sharing all of your knowledge and your time. I appreciated your video very much, it was very descriptive and you were very clear on the information of the comparisons and contrasts for each gun.
Thanks much!
Had been waiting ages for this video Justin, thanks so much for making this!
Love the video. My friend has the PPX and I fell in love with that trigger. Being i owned a Beretta 92fs and currently a Glock 19, the trigger on the Walther is the best that i have ever felt. I will be getting the PPQ. Thanks again for this amazing video.
Very nicely done! Your delivery is excellent. You have a natural unbiased attitude toward the walthers. Thumbs up!
Douglas Schultz Thanks much!
Nicely done, and thank you.
A great evaluation. Thank You
Great video answered all my questions about these two guns that are growing in popularity and will soon be the front runners!!!
Thanks for the comment!
Great comparison video! I picked up my PPX at a gun show over a year ago knowing nothing about it or the PPQ. It's performed so well I've had no need to get a PPQ at this point.
This video just greatly helped me decide for my first weapon! Thank you so much!!!
Very glad I could be helpful. Best of luck with your purchase decision!
Thanks! Even though here in Germany, not a 100 miles away from the manufacturer, I have to pay almost double the price for each weapon. $1225 for a PPQ, $815 for a PPX...
Tiyath
Yikes! But at least you have that beautiful scenery! Same with BMWs... less expensive here than in Europe for the most part.
Yeah. It almost seems like it is more important that the world sees you driving our cars and shooting our guns than us enjoying the goods at low prices. Well, at least the world knows that quality comes from good ol' Germany and not from China... That's a win.
You gave the best review a boat water gun. The x and q I really enjoyed it I have an asked on Baywood I wasn’t sure about it but because of your review I understand more and I’m going to but thank you so much your friend Walter
Thank you for the review. My mind is made up I am going with the PPX.
Very well done. I have two of the Walther PPX and by your estimate that the PPQ costs two hundred dollars more, I saved myself four hundred. Keep up the good work. These reviews help a lot. Johnlm
Thanks!
You presented a great fact in that if you basically are a Range Guy and do not put much wear and tear and stress etc on your firearm, there is no need to acquire the PPQ. I have purchased the PPQ in the past and found it a excellent shooter from trigger pull, re-set and amazing accuracy. I did trade it eventually as I found it a bit " snappy in re-coil". My subjective experience. Having listened to your video, I agree with your analysis in that the PPX would have less "snappyness' / recoil. I just ordered my PPX a day ago and and happy to have listened to your points. BTW in Canada PPQ, if you can find one sells for just under $1,000 CDN...$995. The PPX sells for $515 CDN with a range kit, holster, mag holder and 3 magazines.
+Mike Aronson Thanks for the comment.
How's that working now? Good luck. We're with you
Nice Job,Thank You! The video helped me to make my mind up so today I am off to Rural King to purchase my PPX!!
George Germain Enjoy!
Fantastic comparison video. I liked that it was so thorough. I had no idea that Walther offered ambidextrous mag release and slide stop on some of their models.
Great detailed review! PPQ love it. Rear sight designed square to allow for one handed slide racking. Yes, best stock trigger on a hand gun. Grip, perfect for my liking. Thanks again for the review.
Great review on the PPQ vs PPX. 40mins is the proper time to seriously compare the two. Thanks for your time.
Thanks for the kind feedback!
Thanks for the review. My wife liked the PPQ after renting it at our local range, and she will get it for her range pistol. your review and comparison helped us to learn more about both.
Thanks. I actually found it very interesting doing the comparison.
Thank you so much for the video. Your English is nice and clear even for a Japanese like me. Great reference/information for selecting one out of 2 new products. Thumbs up!
Thanks! I lived in Japan for a few years as a child.... but I remember little of the language now!
Really? Such a coincidence! How wonderful to know that. I wish to make friend with you. I might be able to help you remember the language. haha
Thanks, Maximilian (Max?). I can still count to ten!
Justin Opinion Waha. That's still cool! I bet you could pick up very fast when you go back to Japan.
My friends call me Maxi. Can I add you on Facebook?
Love both but I really love that PPX!! Some say it's ugly but I love the looks! Hell I think glocks look good so call me crazy I don't care, and at the price they are asking for the PPX man it's down right sexy.
Thumbs up for Beaker. Thank you for not focusing on the aesthetics of the PPX like so many people have; If anyone has interest in it they already know what it looks like. Excellent review, very thorough, keep up the good work!
Thanks for the compliment! I will do my best!
Love the video. I've been trying to make up my mind about which one I want. I already have the P22 so I've been leaning towards the PPQ since it has the same ergonomics and looks. This video has pretty much convinced me. I believe the PPQ is the one.
Thanks again.
Awesome review! I just purchased a PPX yesterday! Can't wait to go shooting this weekend.
Congrats on a fine purchase. Enjoy it!! (and take lots of ammo, you won't want to stop)
Will do sir! Any preferences?
It will eat pretty much everything. Take your favorite or what is on sale.
That's good to hear, thanks again!
Thanks for the fast reply. And I have only seen one OWB paddle holster for the ppx.
I agree with your findings/ratings. I have the PPX now,..I fired the PPQ but don't own one,...yet. I will be shopping very soon,..
Thanks for this review. I enjoy clear and concise reviews.
Thanks - and I think you'll love the PPQ.
I liked the video as far as length. If anyone has a problem with that then they don't won't a good review. I like knowing as much as i can about a pistol that i own even if it is from another's perspective. I personally haven't shot the PPQ but I own and have shot the PPX on a regular basis over 3,000 rounds in my case. I have done a few mods, Talon grip cheap effective and sexy looking around $20 and i went with a 17 lb stainless guide rod and spring at $40, which improved the recoil that was already very manageable. Overall i am very pleased with my purchase and upgrades spending less that $400 on everything. Loved that video man keep up the good work.
Good question to ask, Brandon! No, the will not fit the same holster - unless that holster is extremely generic. For instance, I have a nylon generic holster that I'll use at the range that they both fit in - but I wouldn't carry or compete with that setup.
Excellent review
Great video..Thanks...
XrayOptical - I think it really comes down to your intended primary use for the gun. That is where they go down separate paths a bit.
But I love Beaker!!!
And yes I ordered a PPX - mainly for shooting practical style.
Thanks for making me feel MUCH better about my purchase!
Keep shooting safely.
MrClickbang357 Thanks. You too!
Excellent review, thanks for the video. I have a PPX and just need to add a PPQ to the equation.
loving the PPX and so are others that have shot mine. thanku for this thorough honest comparison. btw, bravo on excellent production quality. wondering what your video & audio hardware is for this?
Thanks for the kind words. I think I used primarily Nikon equipment and Adobe software for this video, but my primary stuff has changed since to Sony cameras and Cyberlink PowerDirector editor.
Great review
awesome comparison video! very informative, both statisticly and visually. I have a small unimportant funny complaint.... the amount of times you said PP. I know it is unavoidable, just thought it was worth a chuckle
GOOD vid, well done. I have the PPX in 9 & 40 and they are great and I love the look, they look really awesome and shoot great.
I've had both. I still have my forty and my brother has the 9mm. Great shooters!
Excellent review and thoughtful evaluation of both pistols. I was pondering purchasing a PPQ but Walther has an incentive(extra mag, holster, and mag carrier) on now for the PPX. With the data points you made I'm going to look at the PPX harder. Priceless Beeker shout out. Be well...Check Six.....FRONT SIGHT.....Ohhhh, I looked at 40 minutes and groaned but you weren't long winded on anything and this vid was well organized.
Thanks very much for the kind and detailed comments. I actually had the PPX at the range today, and enjoyed shooting it just for fun. It gets my full endorsement, and if you go that way I think you'll be pleased with it. If you like that Beeker reference, check out the Mr. PPX Gets A New Suit video. :)
Great review, I just bought the ppq as my first gun, I haven't shot it yet but very nice pistol the trigger reset is very nice, yes better then glock I believe.
Interesting review !
Oh man!! That's what I get for setting a deadline and rushing a bit toward the end. Sorry about that mistake!
The one I use I picked up on Amazon.com - a very generic nylon holster for PPX (PPQ fits also). Belt loops and clip, and is ambidextrous. Cheap and a bit flimsy - but it works fine as an all-purpose range holster.
great review.
Really excellent video! Nothing shows off the true value of the PPX like comparing it to the top of the line PPQ. The trigger alone on the PPX is reason enough to buy one, but with them still priced for $279 at CDNN Sports (I've gotten three PPX's from there, on successive occassions) for the all black, $299 for the two-tone stainless, and $299 for the 4.6" threaded barrel, there's no excuse not to buy one. Especially when the next cheapest price is $331, the highest price is $408, and the average price is around $375. Still cheaper than a G17 at $499 (cheapest price I've seen is $488). Maybe a G17 was cheaper back when you shot your video in Oct 2013, but the only full-capacity Glocks that sell for less than $400 are police trade-ins of .40SW's for 9mm's.
I noted a couple of minor corrections your video needs.
First of all, the PPQ takedown levers are NOTHING like the ubiquitous and downright frustrating system that requires you to grab the back of the slide and beavertail and pull the slide back about 1/4" with one one hand, and use your thumb and forefinger on your free hand to pull down on both of those small, rough edges of a takedown plate that protrudes through the frame (a chevron-shaped plate that rides on top of a leaf spring like a board on a seesaw). Then, you can pull the slide forward and off of the frame.
I just made a video of the easiest way to remove the slide from all pistols using the Glock-style takedown system (including the Glock itself). I'll have it posted tonight on my channel. I demonstrated it on an SD9 VE whose edges protrude less than on a Glock. So, if anyone owns a Sigma/SD series and is contemplating dropping $19 ($12 + $7 shipping) on an extra 4mm of metal - the extra width of Galloway's takedown lever - just for the privilege of disassembing the gun and swapping out the levers so that your hands and fingers wont get worn out, watch my video tonight. You might save yourself some money and/or aggravation.
Walther had the good sense to retain the P99 takedown system that uses sliding squares that stay in place after being slid down. No need to move or hold the slide. Pull the trigger, slide the square tabs down (that are located at the bottom of the frame in the middle of the trigger guard) and the slide comes right off. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for their PPS on which they used the aforementioned Glock torture tabs.
The PPX uses a rotating lever that is identical in shape and function to the Sig Sauer P250/320 series. Lock the slide back, turn the lever 90 degrees, from horizontal to vertical, hold the slide while you release the catch lever and off it comes.
The bigger grip and frame (and longer beaver tail) coupled with the light recoil spring and heavy slide is why the PPX has very little recoil and muzzle flip...AND why it has the easiest racking slide of any poly pistol I've tried (with the exception of a .22 conversion kit for a Rock Island 1911).
One other factor is that its center of gravity is right above your hand after the gun is fired and the slide reaches the end of its travel.
The Glock, by comparison, has virtually no depth along the back strap and beavertail to protect the top of your fist. This is especially noticeable with the .40SW G23 when you fire it, one-handed. The Glocks may have the advantage of a lower bore axis, but the price you pay for it is a very low-riding slide that leaves too little room for your support hand. Now, that's the reason why the low bore axis on CZ guns, like the iconic CZ-75, have rails that ride inside the frame instead of on top of it.
Hold a Glock 23 in one hand and a PPX .40 in the other with your grip held as high as possible. Fire! If you come away without a slide bite to the top of the hand holding the G23, thank you lucky stars for having hands smaller than mine.
Does size matter? Why do you think those small 9mm carry guns like the Kel-Tec PF9, Diamondback DB9, and Taurus 709 have more felt recoil & are harder to rack? Answer: small, light slide mated to a heavy recoil spring (to absorb the bullet's energy - especially when using +P rounds).
As for the shape of the slide vis-a-vis a G17, the Glock is a brick on a stick. At least the PPX has a triangular-shaped top whereas the Glock has all the aesthetics of a stick of butter with its edges melted slightly.
But, I agree that the PPX slide is a 1/4" too tall and 4 oz too heavy. I wish they made it to be the size of an SD VE or something proportionally smaller and lighter but keeping the functional relationships among the slide, recoil spring, and frame the same.
Its still on sale.
+TheDrRJP I need your expert opinion or any of the visitors' if they would chime in, I am debating whether to buy the Walther PPX or the Ruger 9E , both are 9mm, caliber. I am on a budget, however, I need to know which one is a better in reliability, durability and just overall function of the both guns.
Such a great comparison video... Good job!
I love my PPX. I can't believe they renamed it the Creed.
I have yet to see the Creed in person, and I'm not sure exactly what they tweaked - but it certainly does seem to be the same gun, just re-branded.
You won't regret it. I appreciate them both.
Great job on this video. I been wanting a good comparison between the two. I think I want to buy the ppx due to price. I believe cdnn has them for $269.00. Again sweet video. Thanks for the upload.
The trigger finger pain is not a big deal, but noticeable. Great review and the only one on TH-cam comparing these two. I say the same thing as you, own them both.
PPX is a great weapon for the price. The margin between the two are minimal. I am satisfied with my decision on purchasing the PPX. Walther makes a great product.
Just got the point where you said it looks like Beaker when you are pulling the trigger. Well, this model is off my list now! :)
You're quite welcome! Hope it was useful and/or helpful.
I bought thw PPx two weeks weeks ago and love it very underrated gun and hopefully it stays that way. I love owning a diamond in the dust haha I also love the look of it just my opinion maybe a little biased but whatever everyone is entitled to an opinion.
I liked your comparison, what size Holster for the PPX would you recommend from either Uncle Mike's or Blackhawk ( it has to be a vinyl - hip one )?? I am not having any luck so far.
LOL. Were you able to hang in there for the whole thing? I tried desperately to trim it back more, but it felt like I'd either be cutting meaningful information out or leaving too dry and antiseptic.
EXCELLENT VIDEO
I have been waiting for this review. I am the guy who has owned both of these guns myself. I have the PPQ M2 and want to get another PPX too. One thing lot's of reviewer's forget is the slide pull. My mom has hard times with racking slides, my PPQ chews her fingers up and she can just barely rack it. The PPX was a breeze for her with no pain at all, that is a big deal. Our trigger finger felt no pain after 150 rounds straight from the PPX, the PPQ left it a little tender for sure.
I was more familiar with the glock but when I bought a PPQ I noticed the ergos were 10x better. When ever I put the glock back in my hand it just feels like a brick!
Only down side with the PPQ is changing to a large back strap fills out in my large hands more but I find the grip a little short. I guess getting the extended mag can be help but having a 10 round limit & a cost of approx $150 per mag in my country hinders things a little.
I bought the PPQ M2 over several of its competitors and have been happy with my choice. Since I had it I added Viridian X5L laser/light combo with Tacloc holster, upgraded stainless steel recoil rod, and 2 Walther 17 round magazines. Night sights will be next then I will start shopping for my AR-15!
The PPQ sights have that front "ledge" so the shooter can rack the slide with his belt or a table using one hand.
A pistol rarely hangs up moving forward so the PPX sights really don't do much or anything to prevent hanging due to the slant being on the front of the sight . If sights are going to catch anything it would be more likely on the draw.
Great comparing video well done
Thanks for the compliment!
Best review on the net!
THANKS! (now, remember our secret... I only pay you for that if you make it sound real) :-) But seriously, thanks so much for the great comment.
great comparo, subbed!
Thanks!
Nice one!
Just a tip, when you're firing these guns on camera, you really should utilize the trigger resets. Keep that trigger pulled after each shot and slowly let out until you hear the click. With the PPQ, you will be astounding how smooth shooting gets when you do that. I haven't shot a PPX, so I don't know how the reset is on that, but I hear it's really good.
thanks for the great review I must admit the price for the PPX sparks my interest in a new home defense option and a range gun.
You're very welcome! I'm glad I was helpful in providing information - and good luck in your choices!
good thorough review......
Thanks!
Thanks much, sonnydukes - that's a great compliment. I agree with you that the PPX is an incredible value. Many will overlook it because of its funny shape, but it is a gem.
And yes, you should also buy a PPQ. :)
Excellent video. Agree PPX is amazing value and quality.
Great comparison! Perfectly done!
Can you do a comparision between PPX and the Glock 17 please! That would be a real sensation! Thanks for your realy good work from Walthercountry Germany!
Hmmm.... interesting comparison to make. I might think about doing that.
That's a valid point. I was trying not to duplicate too much from the individual reviews - but that would have been worth comparing. My bad.
Eric - It was stupid of me not to make that direct comparison in the video. I was so worried about repeating too much from the individual reviews that I overlooked it.
Reset on the PPX is about twice as far as it is on the PPQ. Same smoothness and great feedback, but not as short. PPQ reset is out of the ballpark - about like the SIG SRT.
a great review
+William Waller Thanks!
I have! I have an AR-15 of course, and lots of rimfire rifles. Your comment made me laugh (though that certainly may not have been the intention). I do gravitate toward handguns, and that is where I am most experienced. Actually, acquiring a couple of larger-bore center fire rifles is on my list.
Do you like the PPX or PPQ when it comes to endurance shooting. Which one feels better after 100 or so rounds and inspires confidence when you are fatigued?
+Mormon Family PPQ without hesitation. PPX is a nice gun and fun to shoot, but it can't really go the distance like the PPQ can. Part of that is (for me) the more aggressive grip design of the PPX that is a little harsher. Your mileage may vary... thanks for watching and commenting!
+Justin Opinion : Thank you! Just picked up a PPQ 9mm 5-inch version today at Cabela's Presidents Day sale. So excited to break it in :)
Still great. No complaints, only praises.
Do you know if they both can use the same holster? Not much out there for my PPX. And I feel the ppq holster may fit the ppx.
now you need to do one on the PPX and the CREED.....
Same gun...
Not the same gun. The PPX has the finger sculp on the front of the trigger guard and the Creed is rounded which I don't like. The Grip on the Creed is like the PPQ. The accessory rail seems to be shortened like the PPQ. Rear sight adjustable for windage on the Creed Tennifer coated on the Creed. Extended Slide Stop. Ambi Mag release. The Creed is a PPQ and PPX hybrid of the two pistols. www.gunsamerica.com/blog/walthers-creed-pistol-ppx-meets-ppq/
great review! now I'm leaning towards the ppx because of value
Thanks for the compliment - and you will be pleased if you follow through on that choice. The PPX could be one of the best kept secrets in the pistol market today.
Thank you for making this informative video, it helped make the decision to purchase the PPQ 40 cal. over the PPX. I am a Glock shooter and have always been, but this weapon is as good as a Glock 40 if not a little better in some ways. However, I will always have my Glocks.
PPQ 40 is a fine handgun. I have a review planned for that specific gun too. And don't worry, I still have lots of Glocks and love them too. Plenty of love to go around!
Great video, my first handgun just might be a PPQ
It will set your standard high for all future purchases... but it would be a wise choice!
I have never used the paddle release - but suppose it wouldn't be bad once one trained with it a little bit. The frame-mounted button release (i.e. 1911) is the "standard" that most shooters are habituated to, and preferred for that reason.
Shorter answer - no, for once I really don't have an opinion on that!
Thorough!
Your total scores are reversed in your conclusion. Thanks for the video, and the Beaker reference was funny lol.
Length of barrel plays into perceived felt recoil also.
Even though the PPX has a higher bore axis, I believe the recoil on the PPX is mitigated because of the pronounced hump (in the back strap) and larger grip purchase. Also the length of the grip below the hump gives you better leverage/ length control over recoil. And as crazy as this may sound, I loooooove the look of the PPX! That's just me. I think it's one of the coolest looking guns out there. CDNN Sports has them for 279.99. I think I may get one, +p capability or not. I never shoot the stuff. Not to mention, you get a 3rd mag, holster and mag pouch back from Walther. The regular stuff is really deadly as is. Just ask Mr. Speer Gold Dot or Mr. Federal HST. I also noticed the magazine fits and the sights. I like the PPX better. As far as the scoring goes, I think you made good sense. Besides, a bad guy wont know the difference if the bullet lands in the right place. And the PPX puts them in the right place.
I agree that the ergonomics of the grip have a positive effect on recoil management. Those who still sneer at them have never fired one. And yeah, those extras in the box are great - and were not included when I got mine. Enjoy!
Justin Opinion it has more to do with the weight of the ppx slide being heavier than the ppq.
Thanks Seth - that is a good point too. I will be presenting a review of product designed specifically to deal with that issue. It will be located elsewhere (not on my TH-cam channel), so if you don't already - "Like" my Facebook page or follow me on Twitter for news of it when it comes out. Could be just what the doctor ordered.
Well done review! Just bought the PPX. Why do you think the PPQ has a lifetime warranty vs 1-yaer for PPX??
I think it just has to do with the price point of the two pistols. More a decision of the accounting department than the production or engineering folks, I would bet. I LOVE my PPX. You made a nice choice!
I'd like ta see ya do a Creed VS PPX video...
Thanks for the video I really need to see a review of the ppx cause today I just took a look at it very cool looking gun do u think the ppx is a good cary pistol? I'm getting my cwl when I get the gun just wanted to know but awesome video tought me a lot about the gun
I wouldn't personally consider it for carry, just because of its size. Perfectly suited in every other way, but it is a big thick handgun. But if you have a carry method where that is not important, then it would do fine.
Alright thanks man
ty bo
No problem - hope that helps some.
Good video with good information on both firearms. I own the PPX and love the trigger action. I'm thinking of purchasing the PPQ, BUT do I really need to? With the PPX, I ripped the bulleyes on the target, and I'm not that great of a shooter. I just don't need any other handgun, except maybe a less heavier version for my for my wife. Love my PPX.
+MultiMM68 I need your expert opinion or any of the visitors' if they would chime in, I am debating whether to buy the Walther PPX or the Ruger 9E , both are 9mm, caliber. I am on a budget, however, I need to know which one is a better in reliability, durability and just overall function of the both guns.
+Ed Stallion I don't own an SR9E, but I've read and seen videos and from what I've found out, the 9E is an "inexpensive" version of the SR9. But still a solid reliable firearm. I love my Walther PPX, but my issue with it is that I can only fire brass casing ammo. My first time out I shot 110 rounds of Blazer with aluminum casing, 115 gr. I had 4 FTE's. I contacted Walther Arms and they recommended I stick with brass casing, mainly Remington White box and Fiocchi, although I have also used Tulammo Brass Maxx 115 gr and Aguila 124 gr, with no issues. I don't feel tempted to use steel casing. Other than that minor issue, I enjoy the PPX trigger.
Just to mention this, I own a SW9VE (Sigma). Ugly trigger BUT that firearm will cycle ANY type of ammo.
Check this online store: CDNN Sports. They carry the Walther PPX and Ruger SR9(not 9E) at $279.00 and $329.99, respectively. I hope this helps in your decision.
+MultiMM68 LOL.. That is a lot of good information. I just did ! you're correct. They have them on sale.. I think i am going to order the Walther PPX though. Thanks.
Another great review. Have you done one on the p99 another very worthy pistol from Walther. I did a tabletop review if you get a chance maybe you could watch and give me some tips. Thanks keep up the great reviews
Nice review, just subscribed. On another note, I can't decide if I hate or like the look of the ppx. Lol
Thanks for the sub! The PPX doesn't have "conventional beauty", but I like it more as more time goes by. Heck of a sweet shooter too.
Can you use the PPQ mag and the PPx?
What I understand from Walther. The PPX was originally design for Europe with the 9mm X21 in mind. I would consider this reason why the chamber/ barrel lug is huge.
+Joey Camacho I need your expert opinion or any of the visitors' if they would chime in, I am debating whether to buy the Walther PPX or the Ruger 9E , both are 9mm, caliber. I am on a budget, however, I need to know which one is a better in reliability, durability and just overall function of the both guns.
+Ed Stallion I enjoying the PPX in 9mm. For the price I consider it a great value German firearm. I trust it with my life. Can't say anything about the Ruger 9E having no experience. By any means, I am no expert.
OK ! Thank you. I am tilting in favor of the PPX so far.
+Ed Stallion CDNNSPORTS.COM has the threaded version for under 300.
what's the advantage of having a threaded barrel ? Is it a silencer ready? but I have no interest in silencers. Any other beneficial reason?
