Pagkasarap halos wala kang makikitang nagluluto nyan sa mga karenderya kasi sa tagal lutuin at matakaw sa apoy.... Pero mahal...sarap magluto...nito..

When I make Balbacua, I prepare the beef stock (using ox feet) ahead of time. Refrigerate the stock overnight and skim off the fat the following day. Then, you’ll have a collagen stock that’s more appealing than the usual Balbacua that’s oily.
Balbacua na may peanut butter.. hindi ko lang gusto ang may ganito pero ok naman..

Walang chorizo po ang balbacua, tsaka dinikdik na peanuts ang nilalagay hindi peanut butter, a comment from a true cebuano.
We always have to remake our own version. There’s no rule in cooking. It’s your kitchen it’s your rule
