Mortgage is something Nigerians need to understand. If your mortgage suddenly balloons, review your terms again. Never ever buy a house because “my rent is the equivalent to a mortgage” because there is more to it. Don’t buy a house because the realtor “ worked out your mortgage”! Do your research well and ensure your terms are fixed. The county will match your “house tax” to the current inflation.

Abroad is DIY and for the strong . Many of us have lived a lazy life in name of culture . Many children who are born here don't need my help beacuse they are used to hard working. Remember , UK is individualist community you can't get the same interactions to what you have in Nigeria. Moreover, children are taught empowerment and how to leave an independent live from day care.

$10K trucking per month isn’t much as cost of gas for those trucks would be at least $3k then maintenance of those trucks as the west and tear is considerable. If you do not maintain the trucks, then you lose your livelihood. Then you have a family to look after on same income.😢

A memorandum of understanding (MOU) is a starting point of negotiations between multiple parties to signal the intent of doing business or coming to an agreement. It simplifies a legal contract by establishing the key objectives and goals.

Let's discuss this idea now. How do you guys go about using Airbnb? Because our Nigerian community here doesn't often share information for those in the UK. They would rather let you struggle or stop answering your calls until you figure things out on your own. But, as that Canadian lady mentioned, you don't have to network with Nigerians alone; you can network with people from other nationalities.
As for passion, I lost many years pursuing it, even in university. As I get older, I realize that passion nah slavery term the bosses used on workers, and the same people who always advise you to pursue your passion are always the same people standing at the money gate of that passion you are so ignorant about. Lol. Now, it's about pursuing the money and using some of that money to chase your passion as a hobby.

Ya there are so much relieve when you are in nija and have baby because of help and people coming around. But abroad is not like that though u can still hold on and move. If u have a good husband that can do things (homely and caring) u can be in your house and do your crocery and it will be send to you to u. If you hav good relationship with any group church etc. They will come around too. Many ways to beat loneliness abroad go to malls they have kiddes funfair. gardens etc
