Color a cryoEM Map by Local Resolution using ChimeraX

Shows how to color an electron microscopy map of a molecular complex by local resolution using ChimeraX. Requires ChimeraX daily build, March 2021 or newer.

I did not find "Surface color" in the menu of Windows ChimeraX 1.1 version.

Surface Color tool is in ChimeraX daily build, not in older ChimeraX 1.1 as said in the video,

@@ucsfchimerax8387 I have downloaded the daily build, and it works. Thank you. Version 1.2 development^_^ The local resolution map is nicer than that made in Chimera.
