100 grams is already a lot. If you're eating more, you likely have a really unhealthy relationship with food and should start working on that to help yourself.
Noelle Irina so not true! My husband and I go through a box of pasta per meal.. we have pasta like once a week (GF if that changes anything) and it’s really not a lot. @@noelleirina5628 100 grams really isn't a lot for many people. @lAlAlEE1123 That or Andy's ballin.
I’m pretty sure that’s the same apartment Alison Roman shoots in for the NYT.
I lost it laughing with smacking the pan on the stove to get it to light
Chris with his kids is all of us right now. I WILL BE RESPECTED.
Brad is rubbing off on Chris. Chris is saying things like "tossy-toss" and "glossy sauce"
Lol i was expecting him to say glossy saucy 😂😂😂
Ella X one gourmet makes together and this happened
I love how all of them are talking about each other while cooking their recipes. Like you'll hear most of them reference Chris, or like how Claire mentions Brad, or how Alex mentions Molly. You can tell how much they miss each other ;( I almost feel like they're all in the same place anyway just because of the fact that they're all talking about each other.
How most of them mention molly's insane salting the pasta water😂
Amiel nonchalantly sticking his finger into boiling sauce and Chris weighing his pasta. Incredible.
Priya: "is that good?"
Father of Priya, with a plethora of pasta in mouth: "Derurururus!"
The pasta I set out making: Claire’s fancy pasta creation
The pasta I end up making: Gaby’s simple but realistic pasta
Bless Gaby for not forgetting us simple folk!
Oh, you must try Claire's recipe - so good and really easy!
@@JonesLeFae It's sooo good!
Jones LeFae yeah Claire’s doesn’t look too hard, I’m gonna make it ☺️
Gaby’s my standard when there’s nothing to eat - it’s funny cause im Argentinean too 😂
why are none of these comments about Gaby and how she made the only dish I'm capable of reproducing
Well Andy just boiled pasta with a sliced lemon and cheese. If you can’t do that I don’t know what to tell ya. Lol
Gaby gets us!! she knows us very well and cooks for us humans beings! :)
Vert most of us can do that, it’s whether or not we have the ingredients on hand. Or if we can afford to buy them right now. However the great thing is that pasta is easy to flavor with pretty much anything.
Molly too! It was salt, pepper, cheese and pasta water or milk.
Pasta with butter and parm is the go to pasta at every argentinian house ive been to
(Mine too)
The easiest way to calm a craving for starchy, cheesy and buttery
I want to see Chris make something where he's only allowed to use spoons and no other utensils through the entire process
Daniel Kraus or the opposite: Where he can’t use any spoons!
@@roseabby100 why not both?
Easy. A spoon, a match and a pinch of crack.
The content we need
I want to see a video where molly isn’t allowed salt.
I bet Chris Morocco is that kind of person who always ends up with just the right amount of pasta.
i need more of chris and carlas "trying to keep up with their kids" moments
zahra and brad’s
Hannah Cate Silver oh yessssss
I'm 300% here Priya's mom trying to put a real life amount of cheese on the pasta 😂
Chris: “I want to bring snow peas back.”
Me: “Wait snow peas went out of style???”
Molly: “I feel like Orzo is coming back.”
Me: “Wait Orzo went out of style????”
Me: "all my food isn't cool and i didn't even know"
I plant snow peas every year. The first one has poked through the ground. I wish they had a longer growing season, but the St. Louis summer will kill then soon enough.
A "good one" and a "thanks mom" on the same day? Carla's parenting going epic!
Chris: what could PASTA-bly go wrong
Me: this man is something else
I love that everyone is all excited then Andy philosophically drops, "It always amazes me that in the darkest months we get the brightest...", then that long soulful look at the "thing". Hitting me in the feels with the truth.
Where???
☝Another Awsome sause BA Chef quote. @BA u r writing these down eh?
It doesn’t even matter that Brad is quarantined, he still radiates big golden retriever energy
whop skipped the vegetarian part?
that’s just who he is 😂
You only ever get 'A Lotta Brad'
He is the reason why are we even watch this channel
@@telectronix1368 for some reason I read this in a Led Zeppelin voice "I got a whole lot of Brad"😎
When Chris said “tossy tossy”. He definitely miss Brad
I live for these moments where we see the playful side of Chris. Like, sure, be the serious supertaster guy, but I just get so happy when the silliness comes out and it just reminds me why he's my favorite.
Seeing Carla in mom mode made my heart so happy
What ive learned: all good pasta starts with garlic and ends with parm. And ALWAYS salt your pasta water.
yep
See also: add more butter. Got half a stick in there? More.
some = lots
Why tho
When Amiel said, he gets hungrier when he stays inside all day... I felt that
4:39 Carla’s son: “Good one”
Carla: *cracks up* “Shut up”
Wish she was my mom! lol
She's not a regular mom, she's a cool mom. 📹
ok but someone please find me that kids @ or something
Mia Pratt felt
Mia Pratt @leomusicdidntchange lmao don’t ask how i found that

Chris Morocco 2020
The antics of the Music and Morocco households is really the highlight of these videos.
Claire periodically bending down to look in the camera/get in frame 🥺 love her with my whole heart
Suggestion: Chris and Carla do a cooking with kids clip.
How's that for alliteration.
cattalematt and brad can also lol
@@mckenziebragg5340 but brad breaks up the alliteration
Priya and Delaney could do it too, but they'd be the kids instead of the parents.
PLEASE!!!!! amazing content that would be!
Yes!!
I jut realised, Carla could STILL do Back-to-Back Chef! The whole concept is someone only having her voice. They could contact a guest, give them a list of common pantry ingredients and tools to set up their station - and Carla could guide them via audio only. Then another member of the person's house could taste it instead of Carla and the guest trading!
She said in the Bon Appétit live on instagram that she'd love to do that. She just needs the guests 😊
lol or she could do it with her sons
Two words: jeff goldblum
I believe in this concept, saw a youtuber do back-to-back by just listening to Carlas voice on the video.
Amiel just casually sticking his finger into boiling sauce.
So robo-Amiel is a real thing
I mean a lot of us do that lol I can touch anything but hot metal or boiling oil for the most part.
I usually dip my finger into the boiling pasta water to check for saltiness, it's no problem when you do it quick because of the leidenfrost effect
The guy has drunk a raw steak smoothie. He is not human.
@@luciano53688 Oh God, that sounds like a fun way to get a tapeworm.
Claire hit it out of the park with her pasta and chickpea pasta recipe (at 15:20). It is just delightful!! My friend in Texas and me in New Jersey made this for dinner tonight over a video call, and we couldn't gobble up our bowls of this delicious pasta fast enough! The garlic and rosemary-scented chickpeas blended with wine, cheese, and hints of lemon had us swooning. Bon Appetit, thank you for being such a comforting companion throughout this crazy time. Love all of you guys and gals!
Chris: “I do about 100grams of pasta per person”
Me: *flashes back to when I ate half a box of pasta for lunch by myself*
Also me: “Ah yes, exactly”
Same, bahahah!!
😂
100 grams is already a lot. If you're eating more, you likely have a really unhealthy relationship with food and should start working on that to help yourself.
Noelle Irina so not true! My husband and I go through a box of pasta per meal.. we have pasta like once a week (GF if that changes anything) and it’s really not a lot. I’m underweight and have been like that for my whole life.. mu husband is fit.. we are not working out or doing anything that will make us loose weight, so yeah, I don’t see how can 100g of pasta make a grown up person full.
@@noelleirina5628 100 grams really isn't a lot for many people. If it is for you that's totally fine everyone's bodies are different, but seriously you can't go around telling people that for eating more pasta they have an unhealthy relationship with food and " should start working on that". It's very unwarranted and rather rude.
“It’s pasta, not diet food.” Is the mood all of us need right now.

This is what I was looking for! YES!!
"He aint that much of a baby but he's 2" lmao .......Oh Brad
is no one else gonna mention Ameil smacking his stove to get the element to light? no? just me?
Rachel Hopkins i feel like I’ve used that exact stove, down to be uneven hobs and janky lighters. Nothing like worrying about a gas explosion to make your cooking feel more exciting!
his kitchen was the most chaotic and i love that for him
Right?! I saw the orange flame up and was “thAts mE!”
Percussive maintenance works 😂
Learnt that when my boyfriend took my old phone(speakers weren't working properly) and dropped it on the floor and it started working
Are we also not gonna talk about him sticking his finger into boiling sauce????
so the first word we’ve ever heard claire’s fiancé say on camera is “pecorino” - fitting
I think that was a member of her team that she usually films with, but you could be right
Jesus Dinosaur that could be the case, too :) but her fiancé is a chef so him knowing that kind of stuff would make sense as well :)
lol you don't have to be a chef to know pecorino
@Leonie Stewart she has her whole team with her on a video call in every other video they've shot in quarantine
I feel like Carla's kids could stand to be more excited about being Carla's kids.
