That’s awesome to hear! We're so glad the ribs were a hit with the kids! 🙌 It makes all the effort worth it when the whole family enjoys it. Grilling more ribs tonight? Love the dedication! 🔥 Keep at it and let us know how they turn out. Thanks for your support and for sharing your experience!
Great video! Been a while since I’ve cooked these. I appreciate greatly your direct grilling techniques. You are a Master! Looking forward to these flavors this weekend!

Bruh! You know you are my favorite TH-camr, well besides myself that is 😂🤣. I appreciate your videos Bro. I been doing more grilling than shooting lately. You have helped transform my skills on the grill! I’m gonna try this method! That 6 hr cook has been killing me. I feel like I just recently got that down packed. After about 4 messed up racks 😂🤣😂. Trial and error! God Bless you Bro! Can’t wait to see what you grill up next!
Aye Keith, you be hitting home runs every inning Bruh 😂. You got skills on that grill. I follow your instructions by the book. Thanks Sir and God bless

you know them ribs hitting when them babies quiet.kmsl!Good job big dawg...flawless every time.I love when my kids go crazy over my ribs. When my lady loving them tho...its gonna be a good night!🤣salute my brother.
That was very nice, I use to do my ribs the same way before I got a smoker except I started out in the indirect zone to get the smoke flavor first and then did the direct cooking before hydrating the ribs before wrapping them. You are very skilled on the grill and do it like a real pit master........ mastering the heat & flames !!! Much respect and thanks for sharing 👍🏾
Great video bro!! I press the seasoning into the meat and after removing the foil towards the end throw on sauce for add’l five mins. Your bb ribs look delicious!! 👍🏾
Those ribs look fire man! Love the end shot too bro, I’ve been trying to get my wife in my vids for a minute, lol! I’ve been doing hot and fast ribs for often I can’t remember the last time I did some low and slow. And there are so many ways to do them too, as you just proved. You’re so right, it ain’t gotta take all day.
Yoooo. This is probably the best video I've seen on how to cook ribs on the freakin' grill. 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿. Bravo, my dude. But question. Can this method be done with beef ribs and brisket? Again great video. Those ribs look the truth, yo.
My pleasure. Appreciate you! Yes, this two-zone technique can be used on a wide-range of foods. You might have to adjust cook time and temperature based on the size cut of meat you’re grilling.
Mine is the Smokin Champ. I like this model particular because of its lager size. Here's a link to the Char-Griller charcoal grills available on Amazon: amzn.to/3YGYxUe
I appreciate a hot and fast rib if im pressed for time, but nothing is better than 4 or 5 hour slow smoked ribs. Nonetheless, that was a nice looking cook. 👌
Ok bro, nice. I normally smoke 4hr or do all direct heat 1hr 20min flipping every 15min, but I never combined both techniques, I'm gonna try this and see how it works😂
Using your method from now on with the ribs!
Kids ate them up like tomorrow isn’t coming!
Grilling more ribs tonight!!
Thanks for sharing!!

Dope video homie. How often do cook the meat in an oven and not even use your grill?
Appreciate you! I cook in the oven some. I'm mostly on the grill. I try to grill at least 1-2 times per week.
@@daddydiysolutions I can dig it. I’m the same way. I cook enough so it last for a few days
I Appreciate U Bro Definitely Gettin Me Some Pointers

What type of chargriller do you have

If I wanted to add some sauce to my ribs, at what point in the cooking process would you recommend doing that?
After taking the ribs out the foil wrap, I’d sauce them and leave them on the grill until the sauce begins to get like you want it.
@@daddydiysolutions Thanks for the tip. Going to have to try the hot and fast method the next time I get a rack or two of baby back ribs. 👍
My pleasure. Let me know how they turn out.
Loved seeing the baby eating them ribs! That’s legit😂
Thanks. Appreciate you!
@0:20 sum secs in bro' biting into the ribs...was something serious 😂😂😂
🍒 Cherry sundrop (slushy)
Silence and movie type of seriousness too

Keith, Do you ever put Barbeque sauce on your ribs?
I like sauce every now and then. I think I was scarred as a kid…going to cookouts and folks covering up burnt meat with bbq sauce…lol.
@@daddydiysolutions 🤣🤣
Look good to me
Thanks. Appreciate you!
You can tell what your kids like most. The meat is all gone, and nothing else on their plates has been touched!
