Omg so much easier to understand than the complicated and unclear written instructions they include.
When all the hexes are turned over and you the settler ship reaches a new island. Can they still just add a house and remove the settler ship or do they have to pay the resource cards to place one settlement down (on already discovered land)??
Did you mention you can trade 3:1 insteas of 4:1?
What if you have your ship land between two undiscovered hexes, as opposed to only one hex’s outer corner like what was shown in the video. Is that allowed? If so, which hex do you discover?
As soon as you point towards any undiscovered hex, the ship stops moving and you discover that undiscovered hex.
How do you get ship moves? Is it where every turn you get one movement per ship and then can use a wool to get an extra move?
Elizabeth Nuetzman from my understanding you automatically get 4 ship moves each turn during your movement phase. Then you can buy 1 to 2 more moves (depends entirely on how far you want to go) for one sheep.

Can I move the ship 4 times each turn? Or if I move 4 times in the next turn I need to buy 2 more because I have 0 moves left?
Each turn you can move your ships 4 times each.
Shoud the terrain tiles be faced down though?????
yes because they are unexplored
Can you discover multiple hexes in one turn, with a ship?
No. Once you discover a new hex, your turn is over.

you can but its gonna be chaotic and takes a lot of time because there are more winning conditions

you can add seafarers but remember you need the basic version first

Can you move a ship without a settler in it?

Serious answer: YES
you can (because thats how you can put fish onto the boat in the "fish for catan" scenario)
My understanding is that the ship can move around while empty and “discover” new hexes (flipping over the hex only) but it can’t “settle” a new hex unless settlers are purchased or are already in the ship.
It’s just a bit annoying to put together

What you are proposing is impossible. A hex is discovered as soon as your ship points toward an undiscovered hex, and STOPs moving immediately. The only way for your ship to be between 2 undiscovered hexes would be to break this rule not once, but twice.
