@@cristoballindo748 if you’ve never rode before, i’d recommend a 700cc (ninja 650, r7, sv650, or a ninja 400) you can always upgrade down the road, but good to start slower :)
I was surprised to hear how similar the R7/MT-07 sound to the MT-10/R1, literally “sounds” like a good alternative to those other bikes if you don’t need that extra power
I liked the R6 sound a lot, but this sounds great too. 2 cylinder bikes with sport exhaust sound better in person, I noticed that after I got my Ninja 400.
I love it. I remember when I got my R7, stock it sounds WEAK. Once I put the SC Project pipe on it though it came alive. Nice choice, the Yoshi sounds great and it was my very close second choice.

Great vid, will get this bike in 2 months. I do notice when you rev it it sound A LOT but when not revving it is a bit quiet, is it the video or just like that normally? Tryna find out what exhaust to get for mine.
early congrats! you’re going to love it. videos are never the same as in person for sure, but it’s very loud if you are on the throttle accelerating and/or revving it. but if you are applying zero throttle/idling it isn’t too bad.
Highly recommend the R7! I absolutely love mine! You won’t go mach 1, but it’s really quick/super fun for around town or twisty roads 😎 also looks so clean; plus it sounds pretty dang good for being a 2 cylinder

what is a good first bike? a little background i am 20 years old and light as a feather only ridden a 125cc dirtbike one time for like 5 minutes so i have 0 experience. i keep seeing comments on videos about getting a 600cc is that a good idea or will i just end up dead?
i personally wouldn’t recommend a 600cc in-line 4 cylinder bike as a first. especially since you’re not very heavy. i’d recommend a 650-700cc 2 cylinder bike (think ninja 650, R7 type of bike) they usually have around 60-75 horsepower. slow enough to learn on, but if you wring it out it’ll definitely get going! more room to grow into than a 400cc, but still manageable. hope that helps!
it’s a torque-y cross-plane 2 cylinder engine 🤟 not the usual 4 cylinder screamer you think of with most sport bikes haha it does sound pretty aggressive
Was gonna go Yoshi with my Mt09 but switched to Black widow, so tired of cars switching lanes on me due to quiet exhaust.. not any more! Yoshi is a gorgeous exhaust but doesn’t have the Bark I need unfortunately
@@daniel.s1k Baffle in is perfect Baffle out is a hoot but a bit too much for around town So I have a 2016 series 1 and the extra $$ saved from not going Akra or Yoshi afforded me being able to purchase a Woolich QS/ blipper and the shorty exhaust for the same price . Being a spray painter by trade was able to repaint a couple of bike parts in return for a flash tune from a motomechanic mate. Spent hours on YT trying to get a feel of what all these different brands sound like but near impossible so ended up going with gut feeling in the end and reviews.

Honesty i know it’s not ideal, but just search around and compare a bunch of them! i know some providers are better than others for bikes 🤘 but regardless, its not superrr cheap if you want full coverage (recommended) progressive might be decent
