Well I'm learning more from you in this little video than anywhere else. Frankly Segway's marketing makes pretty videos but they need to get technical for all of us guys that like to know how stuff works. This doesn't have to be like Lexus that covers everything in plastic to discourage anyone from turning a wrench.
I agree and theirs more and more pics coming out. It seems like the motor is pretty well exposed and easy to access. Also thank you I’m more of a meat and potatoes kinda guy I just want facts not the fluff so I definitely understand where your coming from. Hopefully they do a full details video but honestly I called their marketing team and they were super nice to chat with. I’ve spoken to a few people at shock therapy and they even said the shocks were actually really good “old king shock good” from what they said and from what I’ve seen k-Mann shocks are the big dogs over seas in racing over their so that gives me some hope. We appreciate you watching and hope to see ya around more. We can’t wait to get ours “hopefully April” so we can do a full walk around and first ride.
Super stoked on the new super villain. I have the standard villain 64-in, excellent build quality so far no issues. we'll trade in for the supervillain. once again, I think at this price point of about 26K for the non-hybrid I'm told 37K for the hybrid, you just can't beat it. For 26K you get 235 horsepower, almost twice the torque of a pro R (Note being sequential transmission, you won't have the near 30+% loss of power utilizing the belt drive system). Another caveat to mention is that being a sequential transmission you can manually lower your RPMs to gain much better fuel mileage versus a belt system!!.., 6-speed sequential transmission, beadlock wheels, wench, roof, tech galore including naps, complete full instrumentation, even speaker grills ready for audio. Yes it's Chinese and yes has questionable intellectual property rights, Obviously looking at this, it has the rear suspension of a Can-Am (except the Segway offers high clearance lower radius arms in which even the Maverick doesn't even have yet). Also, notice all the radius arms are double sheard don't know if Can-Am even has double sheard yet? The front end obviously is 100% pro R suspension with the shock mounted to the lower control arm. Speaking lower control arms they are simply massive. In addition no reviewer has ever mentioned that it has a tailgate that's integral to the cargo! WTF Polaris doesn't have a tailgate is beyond me....Finally, so refreshing having built-in full enclosed doors... interior absolutely without a question next level... What I am curious about is who makes this four cylinder? Is it inhouse, by ninebot or is it subbed out to another manufacturer? If you know let me know. But according to specs, you can't buy a better more equipped and capable SxS on the market... period, Paragraph,!
Super stoked for these! I would like to know if they will offer upgrade options. Also hope the after market companies like MSC start digging into them. Also thank u for the clutch comparison video. since I just bought a z950 ho that video was SUPER helpful
I’m pretty sure they will down the road. I know msc has been working with a few different companies to get lower doors and windshields and I think their doing skids as well. I know shock therapy is doing stuff for the sx10’s already and I’m sure their already working on stuff for them. Plus as I mentioned Segway actually sent them a set and they went through and said they were pretty good.
hello, what really bothers me about my current buggy (but they all have this) is the noise, which of course comes from the high rpm we make. Will this now be greatly reduced,? I think it will consume less in any case 🤔
From what I’m seeing from the maverick R is it’s far quieter and doesn’t have near as much parasitic loss as the cvt does. But time will tell. I’m still waiting to learn more about them but their being very quite about any new info.
@@mjmisadventures950 I'm so anxious to get out there but,,,, I gotta be easy cause I'm gonna be alone. The nice thing is that the on board system is so cool that if it detects a roll over or a side roll it notifies my wife and brother and sends a gps signal where I am. This is so cool.
To be honest I’m not sure. I wish they would pretty much do what Segway is. I know I’ve said it a few times they need to figure out how to connect with the community better and invest more in building the brand.
I have a 2020 model and I have no complaints I have tuned it and clutch kits installed but it still needs a little more HP I think I’d they would come out with one pushing somewhere in the 150 hp range it would really push there sales
So do I. But realistically they’d need to be at 200hp imo. That way they have similar hp range to can am and Polaris. I do like cfmotos atv’s. I think their a great platform. But the z950 needs more wheel travel and better suspension. I still love ours a lot but once the Segway comes she’s unfortunately gonna go to make room for the Segway
@@mjmisadventures950 I agree the suspension is a down fall for sure I think that’s everyone’s problem . I am like you I want to see the accessories that come out for the Segway and that might me my next one as well
cf moto cant figure out to make parts yet let alone a high powered car. mines been at the dealer for 2 months waiting on a gasket for waranty, my friend has a G2 950 and has had no doors since he bought it 5 months ago. they didnt work right so cf moto said take them off well send new ones. 5 months later cant get doors. its absurd. its why i traded mine for a new 24 XP1K RZR. so once they can figure out how to make parts for what they already sell maybe then they can start making bigger machines
Correct in a way but Segway is sold world wide. To us their new but overseas they have been around. Plus my point was it’s designed to split the pro r and the maverick r in its performance and it does pretty well. But I think the biggest thing is the price. Their 10k cheaper then the competition with more power and torque. I hope it brings all the big brands prices down to something that’s affordable for the average consumer.

Any new updates on the super villain? Cant find much online!
No not yet I did see adrenaline junkie just got to see them in person yesterday in Canada so hopefully they will be releasing more info soon
I love my at6 lx... i say they look better than other machines on the market!
I definitely like em.
I was told I have a 1 year warranty. Segway offers a 2 year factory on the '23 models?
The 2024’s are supposed to go to a 2 year warranty on the power train
@@mjmisadventures950 I'm not gonna complain. Stoked for Saturday.
I’m keeping an eye out for your video for sure. I can’t wait to get out finally

Wonder why CFMOTO hasn’t come out with a Zforce 950 in a turbo yet

Who did the RD work
What do you mean by that?
you warranty comment, cf moto is 5 years everywhere but the USA. even in Canada its 5 years
Brp is been out for 20 years, who is segway? Chinese scooters?

Not true with the only one given out 2 years warranty, cfmoto line comes standard with 2 year warranty.
That’s coming from Segway Segway directly. And cfmoto in the us is only a 1 year warranty
@@mjmisadventures950 just for fyi I brought a zforce 950 last year and came stock with 2 year warranty. Just saying
Can’t beat that.
