    Hello Emil, what are some tips you have for adjusting to the Medical School workload?

    • @EmilEddy
      @EmilEddy  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I think prioritisation is a really important skill that took me a while to learn, and I am still mastering! Prioritising the work you have to do, balance and also time for self development is really important. Recognise that you have to make sacrifices somewhere, so you might as well choose what you want to sacrifice

    Do you still use anki in conjunction with mind mapping or solely mind mapping for learning

    • @EmilEddy
      @EmilEddy  หลายเดือนก่อน

      I still use anki, but only for the details that I feel are a bit too niche to warrant mindmapping. An example might be ADAMTS13 autoantibodies for thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura

    what about for anatomy heavy subjects diagrams and labelled photos are favoured?

    • @EmilEddy
      @EmilEddy  หลายเดือนก่อน

      The method still works, because you can draw your own diagram. It’s also good to force you to think about the most important components from a clinical standpoint. You can see in my finished map in the video I actually use an anatomical model to understand the conditions

    I have to know a lot of details for my psychology exams
    It’s really difficult to find relationships because I’m not sure if it’s correct

    • @EmilEddy
      @EmilEddy  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yeah that is very understandable! Not being able to find perfectly correct relationships is normal, especially if there's a lot that you don't know. It's actually the process of trying to find the relationships in the first place that leads to higher quality learning

      @@EmilEddy how can I be sure if the relationships are correct?
      For example variable types in psychological research there are so many
      There are some similarities and a lot of differences
