The boss always thinks his jokes are funny and people like and respect him.
You can tell that the jokes he always makes about his kids makes him a good father. Just because to make those jokes he has to be very curious, intelligent and perceptive. He's also very honest with himself, a quality not a lot of parents (let alone people) have. I've never met him, but I feel like I can say that with confidence.

Andy is a master of his craft! Never says too much, and his jokes never fall flat. He identifies his time to chime in and ceases it with expert timing every time. An unsung hero I say!

I'm slowly quitting the internet and was judging myself wondering if i have social anxiety, but when he talked about how being on there simply upset him I felt reaffirmed.
I deleted my years old facebook that I would get hundreds of likes on, my instagram, and I feel way more peaceful than I have in years. it's dope. I'm glad i finally did it and will slowly be off everything else hopefully.

I love Louis so much, not just because he's HILARIOUS but also because he always makes me take a good look at stuff I usually might ignore or sometimes forget... And now I feel like a crappy parent. :D I'll definitely start putting my phone or computer down more from now on when I'm with my kid. He deserves my undivided attention.
