Sapodillas are amazing and remind me of Scottish tablet, which is a candy with a slightly grainy texture that melts in your mouth, made from sugar, milk, butter and condensed milk. For me, an optimally ripe white sapote is hard to beat.
Well, well, I love your reviews John. Just purchased several items from Miami fruit. Anxiously awaiting my delivery. I intend to freeze dry a few of the items for long term preservation, I know the bananas will do well. Thank you for taking us on these food adventures, opening a new food journey .
These exotic fruits are so different wow a snake fruit how exciting i would give it a try , i think i would like lemon meringue fruit punchy flavor , i never 😢 had these id love to try them what a treat 😊
I've had avocados in Mexico that people here could never even imagine. There's a type growing in the highlands above Mexico City which you eat them skin on, and it's like eating butter. Obviously, with so much fat in them they can't be shipped. Also, they're tiny. I'm pretty sure that they couldn't be grown anywhere in the US.
