- Hey party people! Thanks so much for hanging out with me while I share with you what I got my kids for Christmas! This year we have four kids... but really three to buy for because one is a newborn and couldn't care less about gifts. We have a 9 year old, 6 year old, and a 3 year old. Two girls and one boy! I hope you enjoy watching what my spoiled children will be getting for Christmas this year! Still sleep deprived and trying to wrap my head around christmas gifts... send help.

Yes!!!!! Even tho I am behind since I have been working. But hey I’m watching and binge watching any and all I haven’t watched yet of you and others that I watch. I’m a quiet watcher. Just wanted to say hello and looks like your kids will have a wonderfully. I loved that book series when I was a kid. I bough my daughter the Jojo Siwi book series for her this year, she loves Jojo. I also saved a ton of money but making my own tub of paint, paper, markers, pencils, glue, and I’m going to put things in it from my own crafting supplies like feathers, and charms and diamonds and gems stickers and plain got her pads If drawling paper, construction paper, craft paper, a tablet of paper and a big tub for it all
To fit in. I still have to get some color books for them. Saving me a lot of money and getting better stuff that they will actually use. I also went to Dollar Tree and found so much stuff for stockings stuffers for my kids.

Christmas is the magical day in our house, we are the people who say all year round “ put it on your Christmas list” during the year they don’t get anything so Christmas is the day their dreams come true.

Something to wear, something to read, something you need, and something you want. 4 gifts, and huge stockings....we were taught Christmas isn't about gifts. It's about giving to others. Jesus ❤️Birthday is the main reason and giving is what he taught. Giving of time. Is the best to do. Help another. Give gifts to others less fortunate. Here is a helpful tip. You're going to need it. Use a different wrapping paper for each child. You don't need any labels. You put a piece of their wrapping paper in their stockings. When they get to the bottom of their stockings they find the piece of paper and can open all the presents that match their pattern/paper.
I did that when I had two kiddos! It's a great idea! I'll be sure to do it again this year!

If i don't do that, i don't usually waste my time with tags. I just write their name with a black Sharpie right on the paper.
That's what my mother did with us, and now that's what I do with my kids and its SO much easier.

I remember buying so much for Christmas for my kids too. Now that they are a little bit older we started doing this: something they want, something they need, something to wear, something to read. I also do a pj box on Christmas eve with a movie in it and goodies, plus one outing gift like a movie or ice skating. I don't always follow the exact formula but my kids were so happy and much more grateful. The year before I started doing this they opened so many gifts and instead of being grateful they kept asking for more. It was crazy and embarrassing that they weren't grateful around my family because I am not at all like that. Blessings to you!

My husband buys the most unrealistic/breakable junk. My kids love it more at first, then it breaks usually because my husband is a real life version of Tim Taylor, and then the kids are peeved and move on to what I picked out. Ugh I really dislike throwing broken Christmas gifts in the recycling by January! However, I did just buy indoor-snowball fight sets at Walmart last night....

an iPad was the BEST thing we have ever bought for our little one! we got it when he was 2 and now he’s 4. he plays on it every day and has learned so much!! just get screen protectors & cases for them! amazon has good deals on them :)

I love watching your Christmas gift videos. For once I'm actually done early and I may have splurged a bit too just because I could. We've had bare years and it felt good to not worry for once. Nothing like their sweet faces Christmas morning and they're adults before you can blink! (I know from experience) It looks like you enjoy every moment, as you should!

I have 8 kids 7 living. One year I had a baby girl on Christmas Eve that year I gave my hubby a list of ideas to get everyone to finish out our Xmas shopping he got home and he had bought the whole idea list! It was a few thousand dollars! They had a huge Christmas! The poor kids had to wait to open their gifts until I got discharged from the hospital! Our 16 year old daughter had to hold them from opening presents. Glad your kids got what they wanted. Happy kids on Christmas means after you put stuff together and batteries in the kids stay happily busy for a few days

I love the gifts that Alex picked out. In my house, those are the types of gifts that get the most use! We got some remote control cars last year and they were a huge hit and the kids still love them. But the things they asked for have been long forgotten.

Quick tip to help with the chaos from another mom of 4. We bought some extra cheap laundry baskets form the dollar tree or you could totally use ones you have. We then bought large foam letters, I think from the dollar tree as well. We put each kiddos' first initial on one basket with a ribbon and had them in the family room on Christmas morning. Each gift goes in their own basket once unwrapped. This makes clean up so much easier, especially if you have company coming over. Plus, our rule is that you get your toys all to yourself for 24 hours and then they must be shared. So it helps with the, only play with the toys in your own basket. Hope this helps and Merry Christmas.
Only 4 minutes into video and I'm laughing so hard!!! My husband and I have 5 kids between us so our living room is ridiculously filled with gifts on Christmas. But I don't do expensive birthday parties or really buy them toys through out the year. So that's how I justify Christmas. Haha
Bikes are great to donate to a needy family when the kid grows out of it. I gave my sons bike to his teachers kids. She was so happy. She got my kid into a great autism program and gave him 4 years with her. I was glad to do something nice. She has two kids and she and her husband are teachers. Bless all teachers. Xoxoxo

I totally understand the "is this too much?" We have a 4 year old daughter, and she has currently 22 presents. My husband works out of town so he's constantly asking if we got enough for her... 🤭 I had to make him stop.

That’s what I do! I even shop all year... if you get each kid one gift every month you will end up with 12 gifts for each kid... that helps the budget... And you can buy a few last minute/ trendy gifts that they just had to have... This works well for kids who don’t change what they are into every few months... My son is a collector and wanted Star Wars action figures, Harry Potter stuff, certain book sets, video games and movies every year for a long time... He was my easy kid..

We have 5 boys, ages 14, 12, 10, 3, and 1, and we have the same "problem" with Christmas! It's harder to shop for the older 3 because things get a lot more expensive as they get older. But the 3 and 1 year old, I had to make myself stop shopping for them. It's fun to see their eyes light up getting new things (all 5 of them)! I love this video, and I'm looking forward to seeing your "wrap with me". 🙂
Kim, your kids are going to be so excited! I squirrel away throughout the year and try to keep a list on my phone but inevitably lose track of something somewhere...I am dreading pulling out the pile of craziness in our closets!

Haha we have 7 kids and when they were little our house used to look like toys r us at Christmas 🤣 Now that they're older they obviously get less and there's not a toy in sight (hallelujah!!😂) I always say to families with younger kids, don't worry about your kids having lots of gifts now. There will come a day when you're buying a boring perfume and cologne for them, and honestly you'll miss the chaos and mess of them being young and your house drowning in toys on Christmas day!! 💗

You make me laugh no matter what!! Toys are always fun for the kids and a pain in the behind for Mom! My son loved Star Wars figures....I hated stepping on the little blasters, etc. It was super nice of your hubby to help with ordering the gifts🥴!!
You can take the comforter and your receipt back to target and request a price match and they’ll give you the difference back. Happens to me all the time.
I've been decluttering my girls room for the past two months preparing for all the Christmas craziness. Last year we did four gifts for each of them and they loved it and were so grateful, but my husband felt very underwhelmed. He said it didn't feel much like Christmas. So this year we may have gone a little overboard. 😬

I usually do pretty well staying on budget with the gifts but the stocking stuffers get me every time! I used to go shopping for stocking stuff by myself but I would always buy wayyyy to much so now the hubby comes with and helps to reign it in lol 😂

Maybe you need to withhold some of the things and give them to them next year? Either in Easter baskets or their next birthday(s).

When my kids would get out of school for the holiday, we would start a project for a couple of days where each child would go through their toys and stuff and gather some bags to leave by the tree so that Santa could take those toys to other boys and girls and he would leave some new toys for my kiddos. Come on, whatever works, right? When the kids got older, I just told them that we had to do it earlier, because for real, there's always some one who has to shop at say...good will for their child's Christmas and they would be so happy that you do it before Christmas.

I love it!!!...Christmas is my favorite!! 🎄🎁🎁🎁I have four kids and we went bananas every year🎅...I am over the top with my kids and now my grandbabies!!! I cant be stopped and I don't care!!!🤶😍😁😁 CHRISTMAS IS THE BEST!! We have lots of the same toys and OMG!! super expensive and a little dumb but we buy it all anyway because those little darlings make our hearts sing on Christmas morning...so we keep on doing it!!
