I came to the realization that everything that happened in Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of madness was done for a purpose. At the end of WandaVision she heard her kids in the post credit scene which cost her to go mad looking for her kids, but because of the sigil she couldn’t find them in this world

I always felt like Agatha knew it was Billy, like she said they have the same tells and Billy came to her house basically dressed and acting like Wanda 😂. So when Rio said that boy is not yours, Agatha reacted that way because she realized Billy cheated Death and Rio was probably going to collect. This show is going to probably climax with Agatha having to save Billy from Rio collecting his soul.

It's going to be a kid originally named Toby who Tommy "occupied" now.
I think they were just continuing to use the Agatha forgetting people names joke like with Sharon, but that would actually be cool if Tommy was actually a kid named Toby.

Agatha had the book of the damned for centuries. So she would definitely know. The real question is; why didn't they attack Billy? I theorize that they fear him and his future. He's gonna be Sorcerer Supreme one day. They've already been controlled by a powerful sorcerer. And he's Wanda's son. And they saw how easily she repelled them in M.O.M. Technically Billy being in the Kaplan boy's body might also make him an enemy of Rio(Lady Death)
It never made sense for that to be the case so I was kinda hoping they did something like explain Ralph Bohner was an actor in this universe who played Pietro in a movie about Wanda in the 616 that’s why Agatha used him. But I actually love his cameo in this episode.

i wonder if billy was able to come back becasue he has MAGIC. but tommy has no body becasue he is a speedster. maybe tommy will be trapped with mephesto instead of both of them like in the comics.

I'm guessing that Billy was 10 years old and jumped into the body of a 13 year old. That's not too big of a jump.
