More sled stuff in my "day of Hyrox training" video up in a few days - for now though, thought I'd explain why I have one rather than just roll it out the garage in the next video without explanation 🤣
Just want to say you have been a huge inspiration in my effort to get fit. Down from 280 to 199. I had my first race last month and was above average, in the top 1/3, and I have my first Olympic triathlon in 45 days! Keep up the good work, love the channel!
The issue @ 12:55 can be also helped by using a doubled up, short but thick, resistance band( I use the SHORT MONSTER MINI RESISTANCE BAND) between the rope hook and the sled. This makes it so if you pull too aggressively the band stretches but if you pull slow and consistently the sled moves. You don't have to worry about the front popping up or skipping. Thanks for making the video!

Like this Post, I have been doing Knees over Toes for 5 months in Darwin Australia, Using bag and 40kg of weights on lawn. Ended up looking and buying Tank in Australia for $2000 delivery included
Great review, Mark! I fell in love with the Torque Tank recently at a local recreation center. I definitely have the M1 on my wish list for my home gym and driveway.
Great description and review. This is about $850 in the US, not bad really. I already have a c2 rower (bought around 12 years ago, not used that much anymore b/c I greatly prefer outside type things). I later got a used Elliptigo 8 speed, that is fun and a great workout. So this is just another niche type outside workout device, I like that it doesn't appear to need much maintenance other than occasional air in the tires. If my wife would use it and not think it insane, I would get one of these. Moderate weekly pushing and pulling with this will keep a person firm on their feet well into their 80s and beyond.
Mine will be delivered this weekend. Can't wait! This is the perfect piece of machinery for mobile personal trainers like myself that train clients at local parks or in the comfort of their own home.

Hi Mark, my came in and I’m 98% sure I set it up properly but did you have to adjust the chain at the bottom at all?
Hey Mark, does the M1 work well for mainly walking backwards, I'm also following Ben Patrick. I've read some reviews that the M1 is not ideal for walking backwards.
I do jujitsu 3x a week at 6qm and same days at 7pm i lift.
I just got a rhino belt squat since i have 2 low back buldging disk i also have a bad knee. Anyways how would iincorporate this in my workouts? Xould i use it on my recovery/off days?
I already have rogue ayrdine bike, sledge hammer, battle ropes, inertia ropes, kb, punching bags, sandbag etc..do i really need this sled? On my off days i like to do some type of conditioning to increse my jujitsu endurance. Theybare selling me one for $600 in my home town
@ Mark Lewis .. . Insane .. Insane .. Workout .. Also .. How many miles do you run aday ?? .. I’m trying to lose weight ..
Hi Mark, did you ever think of doing backward walking up stairs with weights, a much cheaper option than buying a thousand pound sled!
There must be cheaper alternatives, mirafit do a sled for £180 just need something that allows you to push it. Any ideas??
Why not use a Hand Truck for heavy weights (sandbags) that we can find at a hardware store like Home Depot!?
Is it worth it over the rogue 1.2 dog sled?
