@@nsedler8392 Sorry for the delay, just saw this. I used Nezy helm, Rune plate and rune legs, crystal shield, staff of air and holy symbol, d scim and d defender for the mobs. I had a green d hide top, msb(i) and avas swap for ahrim. I would use shades of mortton mini game tp, complete a run and reset at ferox and log and wait for the tp timer. I got some better legs from barrows and got some hard clues to get black d hide top.
Just fyi, but if youre using tbow or shadow on mole, its better and more afk to not use cannon, as cannon will make it teleport alot more often :) If using either of those weapons in near max gear, try ditching the cannon next time
The giant mole is probably because "Earth" is a combo of ground and rock...to put it in pokemon term ( funny enough) water breaks down rocks, so Mole would probably be rock type lol....and metallic dragons being weak to earth is because you rust them :) just joke answers that kinda work, great short form vid
I would say earth is strong against metal dragons because Blunt force is best against plate armor. Earth spells look like you are shooting out an actual rock at higher levels.

So did they weaken the fire and earth spells and make water and air a little stronger to average them out? Or did they just match air to the same power of fire
The spells now scale up to the max one of the tier you can cast. So air strike still does 2 damage, but once you unlock water strike, it jumps up to match water strike at 4, same with earth strike, and then once you unlock fire strike, all 4 strike spells cap out at 8 base max damage. You can see that 37 seconds in when he starts explaining the damage change, he casts all 4 strike spells against the dummy for 8 each. This applies to all the other spells. Strike, Bolt, Blast, Wave, and Surge. Each one scales up to the damage of the highest one you can cast with the same name.
Do it bro. It’s quite literally a billion times better in every way. The early game and mid game is MADDDDFUNNNNN and I’m enjoying End Game just the same. So much new better shit than rs3 we got a whole continent called varlamore u don’t have and we’re getting a skill. We have everything good about your rs3 without the trash and useless shit. OS GOAT
And is there something wrong with that? And it's not copying. It's taking a good example and implementing it. If it's not broken - don't fix it. This change was long overdue. Because there was no reason to use any other spell then fire ANYWHERE. Now you can use diffrent spells. This will also help with rune ussage. You would use either fire tome or fire staff to save runes. Now there are other options. Tome of water actually has a use in the game.

how does earth rust metal? water rusts metal, so shouldnt they be weak to water?
More that we are casting a spell of rust...not causing rust over time...think dnd spells and less elemental, we are calling out decay via earth magic
