Hello Patsy,Just wanted you to know that I used this video to instruct me in making the twisted card to make one of my granddaughter a card for her baby shower tomorrow afternoon. Unfortunately, I don't have any SU baby card-making stamps/dies, or I would show it to you. The card turned out pretty cute. There was a slight snag when cutting out the pattern for the triangles on the front and inside because it was a one-way design, but I just cut four of the 2" x 5 1/2" pieces so I could have two patterns that were right side up. I'm so glad you had that post today for the revisited cards. :D Thanks so much.
Thanks for sharing the twisted card. I have just made it from your utube video. It's going to be for a special friend for her birthday she will love it as she is very crafty 2!! So thanks again Patsy
Hi Patsy, just wanted to say what a clever card. I have just, well almost, finished one for my daughter's birthday. Did struggle getting the main card to sit flat after I scored the centre fold but I got it there and so far it is looking great. Thanks for sharing. x
THANK YOU FOR THIS! My mom handed me some card stock and some half written instructions and wanted me to make this card for her. The dimensions were all messed up. I was so baffled. Then I found your video. Yay! Easy 10 minute card.
Thank you, The scoring/cuttings is by Stampin' Up! it sells for $29.95 and the great part is the scoring blade and cutting blade stay in the trimmer out of the way of the other one... hope that makes sense. You can click on the description above and it will take you to my online store and the cutter. One is my blog link - the other the paper cutter.
Thanks so much it is one of my favorites - Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment really appreciate it! If you want to check out the other designs that come in the fun little assorted paper pack I have added a link to my description.
I believe it was the 4" side but it has been a long time ago since I made it. Took a tumble on the ice and injured my right hand/arm so no stamping or cutting for me for a bit. Check out my blog www.stampstodiefor.com and click on the tab with Video's and tutorials and you can download the PDF with the directions hopefully with the PDF and video you will be able to get it to work.
I hope your hand will heal quickly. Were you ice skating, or was there just ice for you to slip on? We don't get much ice to skate on, or walk on in Louisiana. ; )

for the 4x4.5 cut. are you cutting 2in on the left from the 4in side or the 4.5 side?
It has been a LONG time since I did the card and video, but I believe it is teh 4" side. You may want to try it on a piece of scrap paper first.
Thanks. I'll do that. Btw Love the card.
